the bulbous trichomes on the sour diesel look to be close to fifty percent clear and fifty percent cloudy, im thinkin im going to harvest it in about a week or so.

Day 117 Going to harvest on wensday and thursday!

Day 118 the sour diesel trichomes are all cloudy with a few amber in the mix, i cut my first sample bud tonight, will cut down this plant on wensday and thursday.

Day 119 two more days left till I harvest the sour diesel! Watered them with straight water this morning. Got the sample bud drying right now, all cloudy trichomes with a few amber peppered in, i cant wait to try it!

Not super looking forward to ten hours plus in trim jail, and a bruised thumb from trimming. But it will be well worth it when its all said and done.

Day 120, Harvest for the first plant is tomorrow!!! I have never tried sour diesel before but from what i've heard it's pretty good stuff. in a couple weeks i'll cut down the citrus super haze. After that it's on to the next grow, 79 xmas bud IBL! I got to try this stuff from a friend who came up from chicago about twenty years ago, and i remember it being one of the best types of pot i have ever smoked

Day 121!! im so excited, i just smoked some of the sample bud this morning and it was a very strong, good energetic high for sure. here is a pic of the small sample bud i took. Ugh lots of work trimming the next couple days, but so be it, it will be worth it.

Alright this is the first half of the first plant, not to shabby. I'll cut down the other half tommorow.

Day 122 just cut down the rest of the first plant, the other half is hung and drying, probably about five to six hours of trimming tonight. ughh... least favorite part of growing. I mean im happy that i got it to harvest and i will have lots of it when it's done curing, i just am not a fan of the extreme amount of trimming.

Day 123 finished harvesting and trimming up the sour diesel, 12 hours total trimming but they are cut and hung now so one down one to go. gave the citrus haze a good watering with fish emoluments today, im thinking another two weeks or so and she'll be ready.

Day 127 well i whiffed the drying process pretty damn bad these things are crispy after only five days. looking for ways to rehydrate them and in the mean time seeing if they will rehydrate on there own. here is to lessons learned, like only grow weed that flowers at the same time, and check your drying bud by hand daily to see where it is in the drying process, 30 percent humidity dry's these buds way to quickly.

Day 128 after a couple days of me breathing into the turkey bag and sealing it, the weed has rehydrated! the r.h. is stay at about 62% now so i am quite pleased with this.

Day 129 damn cat pulled my memory card out of the computer yesterday, took me all afternoon to find it under the stove. Thats why these are being posted a day late, also the lights turned out while i was taking picures.

Alright here is the harvest from the sour diesel, 4.5 oz! Pennywise i have you to thank for the turkey bag and black gamma seal five gallon bucket idea for curing, works great!

Day 131 watered the sour diesel today with some fish emoluments, also checked the trichomes and they are getting mostly cloudy with just one or two ambers.
