The LSD is the only one that iscremotely close to done and even that looks like 7-10 days. All others look like 2-3 weeks to me. Anyone else wanna weigh in on that?

Good morning gang.Yes , about gland heads/trichomes.
Its very true about the heads being reluctant to turn amber quickly in DBHBB soil.
The beauty of that is , it gives us a chance to let the other clear heads mature a lil more before we chop.
That is why i like to harvest as late as possible.....for a couple reasons....the heads will keep filling and maturing over the last couple weeks , adding serious weight to the harvest , along with the flavors we covet.
Growers should NOT be in a big hurry to harvest plants that are in the harvest window while waiting for neighboring plants to mature.
No worries....as long as the soil is kept moist these mature plants will not degrade while waiting for others to mature.
Im not sure why this is like this ...but i suspect its because of the high mineral content and higher brix of our soil.

I’m in no rush at all my brother! I just want the best buds possible and have nothing but patience, my concern is only not knowing when and what to look for and ruining a beautiful grow

No worries Farmers. Your grow will NOT be ruined!
When most of the pistils have receeded back to the calyx...this is when you are in that harvest window.....but please.... u do not need to chop if timing does not suit you.The plant will continue to mature and may even throw out a bunch of foxtails in a last ditch attempt to get itself pollinated. Some growers call that the 'second wave'.Cheers bud!

What does foxtails do for the plant? I’ve seen this mentioned but don’t have a clue
 
Farmers....ya , foxtails are just singular calyx's that grow , stacked together forming a finger...if you will , protruding from buds and colas.This happens late in bloom to some strains.cheers

That happened to me once.....on the friggen highway...two studs came loose on my right front wheel on my F150.....that wheel was garbage....the loose stud wore the 'seat' away on the wheel....was pretty pissed too.

I’m just glad I caught it before I snapped more! A fuel truck tipping isn’t a good thing. Our licenses are federal now so I could only imagine the headache not to mention public safety. But we are good and safe and everyone got their oil today:headbanger:
 
Your plants are looking really good farmer. If you're an indica guy I think you'll really dig that LSD. Watching yours is giving me the itch to pop one. I grew that a few years ago and it was a big hit. It has a really nice flavor and packs a pretty solid punch. You've got some nice strains, they'll all shine in the HB soil. Do you have anything vegging for the next run or are you starting from scratch when these are done? What are you thinking of running next?

I'm hoping the LSD hit's like it says. and this plant would be so much nicer but it grew upside down early and came back up. I'm also excited about the amnesia lemon, I'm a Haze kinda guy also! I'm gong to start from scratch and wait until july to start to batches of soil. I'll do 2 runs next fall and pick keepers out of the strains. I'm going to run a Blue Dream, Star Pupil, and mass medical is releasing 2 haze strains this month so I'll run those. I have Blue gorilla and lemon MOB from maine honest herb that I will run for the second run and try to make seeds also. I'm going to grab 2 reg packs from connoisseur genetics of a unknown haze

All good choices. Mass Medical has some nice gear, I've done GDPupil and Deadly Sativa and both are top notch. I have Lambs Pupil but the 2 I popped ended up male so I gotta try again. The Blue Dream tends to throw lots of nanners so keep an eye out on that one.

I was also thinking of lambs pupil, I was going to run Blue dream from HSO, Haven't grabbed them yet however maybe I'll grab another Mass medical and do a entire tent of his gear
 
Day 55 TP feeding
Starting to see more amber trichs on the LSD and I’m starting to see cloudy trichs on all. And these girls are getting heavy LSD was flopping all over along with BB. Northern lights cola getting heavy also. Lots of yo yo’s put in. I’m setting up the 2.5 x2.5 I’m thinking LSD will get a straight water and be put into the small tent for a dark period? Then get the chop next Friday.
