Uno moment on those caps. I think they need to be vegetable based not bovine as those will dissolve. You can make the oil, put in a jar and heat up when it's time to fill the caps as a matter of fact it's a good idea to freeze or at least put in fridge for 24 hours after you cook, strain, add lecithin and mix. Then heat up either to room temp or warm water bath and fill caps. I'm going to go ask at sweet sues oil thread but pretty sure you want the veggie caps.
