I make FHO all the time and just chop it up good first, then decarb in a covered roasting pan at 240F for 45-60 mins then I add the oil and sunflower lecithin and stir it up good or mash with a potato masher. Then I cook at 180 F for 3 hours, mashing every hour. You could increase cooking time at 180 F for as long as 10 hours I’ve heard? The longer you cook the sleepier the oil. That’s my way anyways Sweetsue knows what’s up also!
