Day 70 of flower

Got her all tucked in to her new 7 gallon home. Hope it helps, I should have done it sooner. Live and learn.
They’re putting on a lot of weight. I’ve been tying up floppy colas on all of them.

Observations :hookah:

1) On the Crystal Candies, I started noticing towards the end of Bloom, some light bronze shade coming in at the tops of both plants.
2) Neville’s is putting out quite a lot of foxtails. I’ve seen plenty of pictures of these plants with this structure, but not to this degree, but it is early.
3) My temperature fluctuates too much towards the high end. I walked in yesterday and it was 88F.

So pondering all of this, I came to the conclusion that I’m pushing them to hard. I’ve been trying to maintain the light levels as close to the Co2 threshold as possible. The problem is I’m not really sure I’m using the correct multiplier for my light’s doing the math.
To try in solve this perceived problem, I raised and adjusted the lights down to between 45000 lux (855 umols) and 53000 lux (1007 umols) using.019 as the multiplier. It immediately brought the temperature down to 82.9 F. This I’m hoping will slow the burning off of K, so to speak. Peace ☮️.

Day 73 of flower

Big Girl seems to be a little happier. She’s not any lighter in color and her leaves have a little more lift to them. Her colas are getting huge but I’m not seeing a lot of trichome development. Looks like she might be destined for the hash bin.

Little sister on the other hand in killing it. Her buds are massive, frosty and most importantly, green.

Neville’s is showing a little wear and tear but still plenty green. The last run left a lot to be desired and that weed is pretty darn good. This girl is way healthier at this point so I’m pretty excited.

Interesting on the lack of frost on one of the sisters, but that's what fills the hash bin I guess! And you really have Neville in great shape color and training-wise.
:welldone:
Thanks She’d, I’m really happy with her. She smells great without all that burnt shxt in there.

I had to put the 1st CC I harvested back in the bag. The humidity went back up to 70, It’s at 65H like this.

This was the CC in front of the door. Her aroma is a little more floral than the other but both taste and smell of cotton candy, very sweet. I can hardly wait for the results in a month of curing, if it lasts that long.

The other CC. They’re almost identical. It’s hard to tell with these crappy pics but she’s got a lot more red to her.

Day 75 of flower

I’m thinking if Big Girl is stable now which it seems she could be, she might not be a total loss. She is possibly a 15 week plant and she’s got plenty of trichomes, they’re just buried in there. Maybe she just needs a month to focus on the frost? I’m wishful thinking at this point.

Little Sister looks like she’ll cruise to the finish but you can clearly see what I believe to be heat damage. Without an air conditioner I need to keep it dialed back and stop roasting my plants. 850-1000 umols is fine.

3 weeks left on Neville’s, I think we’re good.

Day 80 of flower
I soaked them all two days in a row then took off Friday for up north. They didn’t seem to mind my absence and all put on considerable weight. Big Girl is fattening up and doesn’t appear to be losing any more leaves. Little sis is starting to pull her stakes over and I had to tie them together.

I’m not sure the heat is really an issue now. It’s been below 83F for awhile now and I’m not seeing a difference, and or the damage is done.

It’s getting close to the end at 12 weeks so now I’m on mold watch. I gave them all Geo Bloom, Terpinator and Recharge. I’m expecting a bumper harvest with two of them, Big Girl obviously wants to go the full 15 weeks so we’ll have to wait and see on her.

Leaving the plants for a vacay/trip and coming back to them looking better than when you left!
I think I might try a SIP container next round. Otters is looking pretty good. You got 10 oz …Plus I like the idea of low maintenance.

A SIP would be a cool experiment for you to try out, but my SIP had to be pulled and planted in a regular old 7 gallon pot of soil to get it growing again. And the quasi-SWICK I just harvested hasn't been weighed yet! ;)
Oh I thought I saw that one was 10 oz…oops. :lot-o-toke:
