Forum & seedling newby needing some advice

I think you're still giving them too much water, unless you just watered before taking the pics, every pic you've posted has shown really wet soil, the dying leaf tips and "puffy" looking leaves are a giveaway for too much water. Those cups should be very light before you water them again. Best of luck, happy growing!

I agree... "puffy". It seems they should also be taller by now.

I actually have taken all photos right after watering and I think I’m the beginning I did stunt them by over watering but in the last few days they have grown quite a bit. Here’s todays progress! Thanks for the tips!

In my grow, these would have been transplanted to 1 gal. pots about 4 days after they poked above soil, meaning about 3 inch tall. When I transplant, I bury the stem so about 1 inch is showing above soil.

Your soil looks kinda "goopy"... dunno what's going on with that. Do you have access to Fox Farm Happy Frog or Ocean Forest potting soil where you live? If you are in the U.S., you can probably find at ACE Hardware or Home Depot.

Are these photos or autos?

They are definitely ready to be out of that seed starter mix, they don't seem to be getting enough oxygen, which is probably contributing to your growth rate being so slow (on top of the previous overwatering)
Thanks for the input. There are a mixture of multiple seeds types only 2 are autos. I will get them transplanted this weekend. They are in starter soil still. Using maxi root seedling/starter liquid fert. I will work on getting them moved over to diff pots and do some soil and fert research this weekend.

I have access to Walmart that’s about it. Going to go by and pick up so soil and fert. What’s your recommendations for plants at this stage for soil? Mixture? Topsoil and organic matter? I have more cow manure than I could ever use just worried don’t wanna burn them up. And also what fert would you recommend I’ve been using maxiroot 1.25-.26-.87 for starting these plants. Thanks guys.

Mixture of some sort, definitely get some perlite if you can, to help aerate the roots and improve drainage. Idk if your local walmart has it, but it is on their website, Fox Farm's Ocean Forest is a good mix, and it comes with a decent amount of perlite already in it. If you end up going with something else, just avoid the ones that say "moisture control".

As for cow manure, it sounds like mana from heaven to me, but I don't have access to any here in the city, so Idk how much or how often you want to give... I'm gonna guess it needs to be composted or aged first tho. (Or made into a tea)
It may be plenty on its own to get you thru the veg stage at least, although you will almost certainly need something more for the flowering stage.

That said tho, I think your photoperiod plants will eventually recover, but I'm not convinced about the autos - People speak frequently of them being 'stunted' and never recovering, so it might be prudent to start a couple more if you have that option.

Thanks! I’ll look and see what they have. Yeah manure always is cleaned out of the barns and stacked for at least a year before spread. It’s almost dirt.

So guys I ended up choosing a peatmoss mixture and adding perlite and transplanting into some 1.5 gallon pots hopefully this will be the last step before moving outdoors. Tips on fertilize? Should I use anything other than the maxi root I’m already using? It’s pretty weak but they are still small. I have literal tons of composted cow manure also I could mix in. Thanks!

last cycle was about 5 days between waterings and they are super dry now but I am transplanting as we speak. Here’s what I came up. One scoop 2 year composted manure and perlite and about 4 qt of peat moss photos of the process attached.
