I thought about doing that but I want to see a few more tricomes first. Plus, knowing me, once I start clipping branches I won't be able to stop and will take the whole plant-LOL.:rollit: It sure has been a long wait. Counting the planning and gathering stage, and the first seedling fiasco in march- this has been 7, almost 8 months in the making. And these last few days, time seems to be standing still. Maybe its like that old saying about a watched pot never boiling. :) :peace:

them there ladies sure look close! YUM YUM!
Have you sampled any? some strains won't show very much amber until its cured.
Kind of like a tomato in the kitchen window:)

Good weed to you too fish cake! Thanks its going to be a great day.:cheesygrinsmiley: Just in the process of having a wake and bake session with a nug I took from the bronzed bomb last nite. Toaster dried it this morning and it actually tastes like weed compared to the grassy tasting bud I picked last week. Last weeks sample was a cerebral almost disorienting high- this week it is even better- more towards the couchlock I want. If I don't need to wait on ambers I think she is coming down this weekend. Tonite she will get only water and will go into the dark closet till saturday. Finally!:rollit::party:

Just came to the realization that its soon time to start seedlings again. I'm going to wait a few days though, as I will probably wind up using the tent as a dark room/drying space for the last few plants. Plus it's time for a little getaway vacation before the next cycle starts.:cheesygrinsmiley::peace:

Hopefully the gnats will soon be history. I'm not really worried about their larvae eating too many roots- it's too close to harvest. But the buds are as sticky as insect traps now- and I want to smoke THC not bug DNA- gross! LOL

You can, and, based on what I've heard, should, wash the buds. :)
Everyone here that tried it has been pretty enthusiastic about the results. It makes sense to me. Even in our clean indoor environments, I bet they are pretty nasty after months. It could have been Curso, but I'm not sure who said, "we wash vegetables before consuming them, why not our cannabis?"

Hey FC, if you have the time and so close to being done, would you consider doing a tutorial on the drying and curing. I will be using what you are to dry mine and I think it would benefit a lot of people if you did a step by step. Please don;t feel obligated, just a suggestion!

Hi Hiker, today is the day and I am thrilled beyond words, and yea they are getting washed. Just looking at how dirty the carbon filter is tells me i need to do the wash.
