flavored cotton mouth?

one of my friends told me that if you put any like flavored juice in your bong then you put ice in it the smoke would taste like the juice and your cotton mouth would i said thats bullshit but is it really bullshit?

don't put juice in your bong, it will get all sticky and will be a pain in the ass to clean...
