First Timer - Blue Mystic Auto Nirvana - MH/HPS - Soil

How much have you been watering? What are your temps? Do you have a oscillating fan blowing gently on them to strengthen their stems?

Do u think it could be born or not enough nitrogen from under watering 2 plants have almost hollow top colas that just bent over

Hi, just read your journal; I too am a first timer growing the same strain. On the whole as a newbie (so I won't try and give you growing advice) I think your plants look good and you are worrying a bit to much. Definitely ask your questions but keep calm (you come across a bit panicked but that may just be the internet). Your plants are a few weeks older than mine so I will definitely be following your progress. I decided to start training my oldest Auto Blue Mystic at what I would approximate to be the same age but I probably trained her a bit harder than you. Only time will tell how that works out. I look forward to comparing results; although I am growing under LED (which claims to be equivalent to 400W HID) and in larger pots. This will somewhat limit direct comparison but it will be interesting to compare none the less. Good luck and hope it all works out for you.

Seeing the main colA bent in half panicked me alot but I have them in a new home with plenty of room now I hope its not to late there is something not rite

I have no personal experience of this but what you have done is accidentally "super cropped" (look it up) that cola. This likely happened due to you handling the plant or because the bud was to heavy for the stem (to my inexperienced eye that stem looks plenty strong enough for the bud so would suspect the former). This is definitely not a disaster, people often do this deliberately to increase yield, make better use of space or open up lower areas of the plant to light.

My girls in there new home huge they weren't supposed to get any where near as big as they are almost 4ft tall now please lmk one has not flowered still goin on week 5 what do I do if it doesn't auto

You could start dialing the light cycle down to 12/12?

SweetSue (another user on this Forum) experienced great results when she did that with her Autoflowering plants. Also if that is indeed a photoperiod plant, it will push her into Bloom, then in a few weeks you will know for sure if it was a Photo or Auto.

Good luck man, that's just my two cents on the matter. I'd say your plants look absolutely amazing otherwise. :thumb:

Ok cuz they been on 18/6 ,the whole time I read that they need as much light as possible to get good yeild

That's not entirely true, different amounts of light do different things to different plants.

I haven't seen or read anything (with evidence provided) that shows a 12/12 light cycle being bad for Auto's. Just a couple months ago, everyone on this website said topping and fimming Auto's was bad, and now there are like 10 people with Journals all doing that and all who have had awesome results.

Do what you want obviously, but just be aware that there isn't a single proven technique for the best results. Experimenting to see what works best for you is the best option, but if you're worried that plant isn't an Auto, I would start decreasing the light by an hour or two a week if you want it to start flowering.

Thats a great point with much out there trying to figure out whats best for me is a great idea now that I have a large space im going to go ref feminized seems to be more of a definitive way to grow

Ok there lookin much better now one of the four is way behind I think it started to flower tho please look at pic 4 and lmk what u think but over all there finally looking healthy again got them in there new house I just hope haveing the hps so close so long didn't really hurt the tops too bad
