First Timer 1 Pound Per Plant!

I would also trim them and do a SCROG next time around. Look good so far, need more details on the room though
Cool will probably try that next time around. plants are already around 4ft wide each without scrog. i did do some training in bending branches and stuff. room size 16x12, 5000 watts, 24,000 btu mini split, permanent drain dehumidifier, co2 burner and some oscillating fans.

How many plants are you growing? Are you running 5 1000 lights? 16x12 seems to be to large for good coverage of light. How far are you in to your grow? How long do you have left? What nutes are you using? Growing method? Me personally i would lollipop them.

This is your first grow? as in on the site or just ever?

those plants don't look like someone growing for the first time
im just sayin hehehe

First grow ever...only 6 plants which fill up close to the entire 16x12 foot room. I will take a pic of light setup because I have some XXXL reflectors that cover entire room pretty well. I'm approaching 35 days into flower so I figure about 3-4 weeks left. Growing hydroponically. I have started to take some stuff off bottom of plants(leaves that are dying)so I guess I'm slowly lollipoping. I will take your advice and plan to completely lollipop my next harvest as well as try a scrog. I have some plants in veg that may give me a sick yield. I'll post a video so u can let me know what u think.

Hey beast a lb per plant is what I always aim for. Nice job for your first grow. My first indoor was no where near that lol. Looking good. Start a journal and let me know I'll follow

Welcome to 420 by the way

Thanks man, I'm and going to journal from this point In flower to the end so I will post final yield numbers. So I guess consider this a journal but I recently started another journal where I monster cropped clones from my flower room. That journal is not getting much traffic but I think when it gets going, it could be very interesting.

Here are a few veg plants that will be making its way into my flower room in another month or so. I think they are already beasts at this point so I can only imagine another month of veg for these girls. I'm shooting for 20+ ounces with these plants. I have 3 this size that will be going in along with a few others.

I'll be here.

Thanks...again by look of plants some may think I've been growing for a while but it's literally my very first grow so I know with some advice and different techniques I can learn from people who have been growing longer added to what I am already doing, who knows...I may be able to pull off 2 pounds per plant lol. I will definitely try if anything else.

I would suggest adding some exhaust out of the room. Even though the ac helps exchange the air and help with the temps. You want to remove the old stale air. I am not familiar with the use of a charcoal filter to scrub and recirculate the air in the room. Are the any benefits to this?

Also just a suggestion that would prob save you some money on electric is to run the hot air from your lights out of the room. I do this in my setup and literally never use my a/c

I carbon scrub to recirculate stale air and pretty much clean the air that's in my sealed room as well as help with the smell. I didn't want to vent light so I can retain as much co2 as possible and the mini split is doing a hell of a job keeping lights cool anyways. I also removed glass from my reflectors so that plants can have maximum amount of light. My dehumidifier is doing its job to keep humidity in check. Overall, the environment is pretty controlled.

I wish I had that much money to invest into a grow. Your plants are looking great. Is someone helping you with this garden? Impressive for first timer.
