Thanks Light-1-up, lets hope it keeps going. Thanks for stopping in...

Whats up boys and girls.

It's pretty close to day 30 of 12/12. Outdoor these LBH went 80 to 90 days and probably could have even gone further. So we have a long ways to go yet. Things seem to be going pretty good. Plants look nice and healthy. I might of made a couple of big boo boos. The first is I was a little concerned about air flow underneath and around the plants. So the smart guy that I am (LOL) I took the screen off, took the plants out and did some work on the cabinet to get some good air flow to the tops and underneath the plants. The good thing is I got the air flow. The bad thing is I really had a tough time getting that screen back on over the plants. I think I lost some tops underneath the dense foliage. The second issue is I think I went a little to long on the tucking. Growth has really slowed. I have lots of tops that are just peaking through the screen and I don't think they are going to get much taller. The taller of the tops are going to eventually block the lights from these shorter tops. At least that is what I am assuming since I have zero experience to back that up. I don't want to do anymore tucking so I am going to just let it go and move the leaves out of the way as much as possible.

Its been really nice outside so I did get a chance to make some teas. The plants really seem to love it. So I made a second batch and will give them the tea again for their next feeding.

With all that said. I am pretty happy with the way things are going. And have learned a lot. The next run should go much better.

Kind of went a little crazy with the pictures but what are you going to do. Take a look and tell me what you think and as always all suggestions are much appreciated.

As for my outdoor ladies. They seem to be doing just fine. Lots of sun lately and the seem to love the teas also. The outdoor plants don't seem to get those pretty buds the indoor plants get but the smell is out of this world and they seem to produce way more trichs. At least for now. They are pretty much on the same schedule as the indoor, around day 30

Hey Sonzor, your scorg looks perfect. Even canopy, full screen, don't worry about the buds below the scorg, their fate will be turned into hash or oil. Great Job.

Hello placerville, I think you are correct. Nothing I can really do about in now. Just going to see what happens. Thanks for stopping by...

Looking good sonzor! :)

I would have to have a tall ceiling in my grow room...to do a SCROG. I would make it so I wouldn't have to bend over much to groom and trim them. :slide:

Hello OMM, thank,

I have pretty close to 5 feet to work with, I just wanted to try a SCROG and see how it worked for me. But width wise I have less than 4 square feet, so I think I would be limited to 1 plant. I think two would be pushing it. At this point it seems to make it a little easier to get as much light to the bud sites possible. With that said I don't know if it is going to yield as much as it would if I just let them grow. But I really don't need pounds of buds, just enough to get by. Thanks for stopping in...

Hi Bud. I wasn't talking about increasing yield. I was talking about saving my back! Papa Green did one like I was talking about. That's an interesting question about which growing method would actually be the best in the same space. Either should give you good personal stash. If it does you wont have to take chances outdoors any more. Take care my friend. :grinjoint:

Its funny you say that. The way mine is set up I sit on the floor. I could use a little stool or something but with only 2 plants the bending over is not much of an issue. I agree with you that either way would provide enough meds for my own personal use. But I always want the most I can get for the size of the plants. I guess its an ego thing. As for growing outside. I think I will always have a couple plants outside. I really enjoy the outdoors and its just not the same opening up a closet and checking out my plants.

I do have a garden and grow vegetables but it just does not give me the same satisfaction. Thanks for stopping in and I always enjoy reading you comments.

Hey, Thats more like it! Sitting on the floor. :grinjoint:
Not ego may friend, I feel the same way,,squeeze everything out of each grow. Why not? Can't tell you how much I miss outdoors. Cool on the garden, but it's just not the same as mj. We need the food, but we want the munchies! :grinjoint:

"We need the food, but we want the munchies!" That is one of the funniest things I have every heard. Nothing like the outdoor grow. I know lots of people love the indoor but its just not the same. For me at least. Thanks for stopping in..

Hello boys and girls, update 5 weeks. Ran into a little at least I hope a little issue. I have some browning on some of my leaves. I did up the nutes so I am hoping that is the issue. I will go back to their normal feeding and see if it fixes the issue. One of my screw ups is I did not plan on having to flush these ladies until the ends. So if this issue is nute lock, I am going to have a really hard time flushing the girls. I gave them a good watering of my tea and fingers crossed will help them out. As for the even canopy. That is pretty much out the window. I might take off some fan leaves to let some light down to the buds that are hidden but very little. I will pretty much let it go and see what happens. Anyway take a look and all comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Here is a picture of the damaged leaves. Any advise?

Here is a picture of my outdoor LBH, she seems to be pretty healthy and takes as much nutes that I will let her have. A real pig she is.

Here is my one of the LB Moon haze I started. Really healthy ladies and fingers cross will turn out to be a really nice strain. My hopes for this strain will be a faster finishing version of the LBH. They already have the fatter leaves so I am thinking that they have more indica in them which is a good start.

Nice Job Sonzor!!

Those ladies look great!

With in the next few months, I hope I'll be able to get a lady or two outside. It's still cold here.

Hey Sonzor, just checking in broski... Sweet little Scrogadoo you're getting. I know outdoor is better for you but for me it's quite the opposite. I'll be sticking a few clones out just for the hell of it, hope to get at least one to finish. Take care my friend.

Hi sonzor

I have some leaves like that on one plant, but I know the reason for mine. I used some cheap soil from Home Depot. Serves me right. :MoreNutes::smokin2:

SCROG is looking good my friend! :yummy:

I am pretty sure it has to be nute burn but what do I know. It happened the day after I increased the nutes. Watered them a couple times with teas and looks like the damage has stopped. Thanks for stopping in and the comments.

Thanks Light-1-up, You can pretty much grow year around where I am at. We did get a couple mornings of freezing but that only last a couple hours or so and the sun comes out a warms everything up. I also don't have such a issue with bugs during the winter so that is always a plus. Thanks again and good luck with you outdoor.

Hello siscokid, There are definite plus and minuses in both indoor and outdoor. I think I will always have a little of both going. Its nice to not have to worry about those worms eating all my hard work in the indoors grow. Thanks for stopping in and you comments are always appreciated.

What's up boys and girls. It is week six and things are looking pretty good. I think I fixed the browning leaf issue, at least its not getting any worse. Went back to the standard amount of nutes and gave them some epsom salt and couple of muti-vitamins just to be safe. I let them sit for about a week. Watered them again with some lite nutes today so we will see how they react to that.

I also checked the PH. The water with nutes tested around 6 and the runoff tested at around 8, pretty high I know but we will see how it goes.

Another issue is the smell, these girls stink and its only getting worse by the day. My make shift charcoal filter was handling it pretty well until this last week. Going to have to figure something out pretty quick.

No pics of the outdoor plants. Its been pretty nasty with a lot of rain. Plants look good just don't want to go outside and get wet.

I think and this is only a guess that these will finish way faster than the outdoor plants. Already see a couple amber trichs here and there. Mostly clear but we will see.

Anyway take a look and any and all suggestions and comment will be greatly appreciated.

Hi sonzor. :grinjoint:

They look good to me. Nice flat playing field on top.
I would never know that they had any problems. The look very healthy.

Can you make another make shift charcoal filter and just put in the same line.
That might work.

At any rate they look fine to me.:high-five:

Great pictures too!
