First Time Grower - Using A Grow Tent!

need some advise what should i do with plants as they are to bushy and getting poppcorn buds what should i do should i lollipop or should i just trim the leaves back or space them out????

When I defoliate I remove all the lower leaves and popcorn buds and any leaves that shade a bud site. You can remove all the lower fan leaves except for 4 fan leaves at each of the growing tops. You can see examples of how I defoliate in 2 of my grow journals.
