First time grow - Brown spots please help

Since I am a hopeless romantic (not Sir ) I would let her grow on, to see what happens. She looks like she will make it.

Well, I've changed the light schedule to 12/12 as of last night to start the flowering stage. The plant is currently only 5 inches high and I hope it will get at least 12'' high since I've read it should double in size. How much bud do you think I will get out of it? Did I switch it over too early? Here are some pics from last night.

Ok, topping in flower is not something I would recommend.
Now, you just have to give her some extra time to shoot new stems.
It can take up to 2 weeks
