First LED Grow

Also I know the pic looks like the lights high but I measured it a minute ago and it's 13 inches. So closer or farther away or stay the same?
Whats the size of the grow area? 275 true watts or is that what its equivalent is? That makes a difference. My 300W vipar spectra LED's are actually around 120 true watts. Like I said I am no pro but I have learned that LED is a bit tricky when it comes to getting enough coverage 1" too close or too far can throw your light pattern completely off. I do LED conversions on drive thru menu boards and sometimes I have to go back to reposition the LED sticks cause theyre too close to the face of the cabinet. Try raising or lowering youll see the difference in light pattern.

temp around 80-86 degrees humidity has been hard to control but it's like 50% right now I've got to buy a dehumidifier, do you know we're to get a good small one?
There aren't many small ones that do a proper job, and the rest are quite expensive. If you can't afford a new one look into picking up a second hand one somewhere? You'll be fine with 50% humidity though, if you can keep it around there you'll be fine so i'd wait before you get the dehumidifier. If you're hitting constant 60% humidity i'd start worrying.
Congrats on flipping to flower, looking forward to see some flowers! :ganjamon:

I use the hand technique. Put your hand under the light palm down. Move your hand up and down, if the light is uncomfortable to you, the light will be uncomfortable for your plants. In veg I like to be about 18-24 inches away and in veg 18” or closer, as close as I can get it without harming the plant anyways :thumb:

Looking forward to growing some flowers.

Day 3 of 12-12 starting to notice some leaves have yellow streaks on them. Question is is calcium or magnesium that it needs to help with the discoloration?

How much soil is that plant in? Doesn’t look all that full, must not be very much. Not saying it’s the cause but it’s a possibility, that the roots aren’t happy. Root stress can look like almost any deficiency.

Now back to your question, to be honest those markings kind of look like ph fluctuations. Do you ph your nutrient solution before feeding it to her?

It's only on a few leaves but trying to nip it in the butt before it starts

Question.. If I add a little coca on top of it will it help or hurt the roots?

Cocoa? Or coco, or in some unpopular belief, coca?

Coco doesn’t really have any extra nutrients in the medium, so no, I don’t think it would have any benefits for doing that

Hey GreenRush! Plant's are looking good.
That looks like early signs of a magnesium deficiency to me.
Add in some Calmag to your feedings. If you can not find any CalMag, find some soluble Epson Salts (easy to find anywhere), add the epsom salt to water 1:1 ratio and add it to your feeding. Don't cut those leaves off or the problem will just spread to other leaves as it draws the magnesium out the leaves.

I think if you put a little coca on these theyre gonna be up all night. I think maybe check your nutes maybe your dosage is off. give the girls plain water. Thats what I did when I had this problem. When you switched to 12/12 and added nutes did you do a 50/50 blend of veg and bloom?

Hey I've got cal and mag but not together so do you think just mag or just cal?

Not 50 - 50 but about 70 water 30 nutes

If you have not added either of them i'd say add them both in. If you're not comfortable with that just add in the magnesium into your next feedings i'm confident it will help things.
They're looking great in your last pics :bravo:

GR, I meant 50/50 veg and bloom mixture. Sometimes switching to str8 bloom nutes is too hot and burns the plants. I see you said these plants are 20 days old from seed and in flower for 1 eek so did you veg only 13 days? We had a big discussion on that in another thread.
