The first plant looks like physical damage not mineral. Droplets from watering maybe. Your PH and EC look ok but your temp is still low. You are warm enough to keep it alive and growing but not to thrive. 24c (75F) to 27c (80F) is the target for hybrids. Started this tropical panama red seed same time as you but running 29c (84F).She is 2.5 foot or 76cm wide. Temp controls the speed of the chemical reactions in the plant.
