First Hydroponic Grow: Jedi Glue

Cool. But I wouldn’t be moving roots once they get going ..it’s bad juju to kill healthy plants !
.. be careful they take off quick !
During light cycle I check every 2hours till lights off

Ummm ..you know about light leaks thou right ? That’s why most buckets have sight tubes for water level ( and to see how much the plant is drinking ) so you don’t have to keep exposing the roots to lights ...

I would pull two now and get them in solo cups or new buckets ..sorry
running back to my corner now ...we all need to live and learn ..just thought I’d mention my experience :)

Yes I do know that I want to keep light as much as possible from the water I can only grow 2 in my tent i dont have any were else to grow and please any advice is greatly appreciated.

drum Roll ...and that is how I ended up with 3 tents ! a 4x4, 4x2, and a 2x4 hahaha

Hahahaha
I have now Learned to grow the same strain ( for time frames and nite mixes) and never more than 2 in flower, 2 in bloom ( legal/space)

Yeah now that I am no longer confined I am thinking of a bigger grow tent with side section, or another tent for seedlings, lol

I just wanted to let Miss and Mr. know that this is why I am here, this is grow for the very first time. And I am trying to diagnose what is wrong and how to fix it. Using the saved posts and Links provided by these Wonderful people and those who are here to help and grow your own med's. Thank you. Okay room temperature went up (apartment heater turned off and air conditioning turned on), both buckets nutrients brand new 1st day after swapping. Lights ar 20 inches on low. Fans adjusted to gently push air around plants, trying to post after a bowl. Will swap nutrients mix if needed please advise. Thank you Group.

The problem I have offering advise is providing it , and then watch it not being taken .
to me , these seedlings look over fed and/or too close to the light
there are also too many plants in one bucket haha
wishing you luck!

Lights were to close adjusted and for the plant's was advised to wait a day for the plant's to recover from ligjt stress, and checking ph and temps i am going to pick the best and repot them.

You have no problem here my friend, I take all advice and help, research and find out what is best for my grow, so thank you very much.

And after all the time and money, I am going to get this right, I know from the research that I did that most new growers make mistakes and I am no exception, I will fall for that I am sure but I will always get back up, I will become a fellow grower. This is the first of many more grows

Okay need help please. can change nutrients mix And probably going to ok ac back on temp around 70f 27%RH bucket water 68.4f will list parts in next post.

Ok update I know have 1 plant in each bucket room temp 73f daytime 68f nighttime, RH31% I know it is low humidifier is on it's way, bucket water 71F daytime to 65F nighttime, Ph left 5.7, Ph right 5.9, ppm? Not sure if it's me or the meter but we just don't understand each other, lights 38 inches 60% pwr,

Everything looks good ..you need to learn and understand the feeding schedule of the nutes you are using .EC/ Ppm
and one plant per bucket hahaha

I have always grown exclusively in DWC and i am still a noob but learning. I usually have some issues early on and switched to using RO water after some advice on my first grow last year.

I grow in much larger tanks which cause other issues (space in tent, mistakes cost more etc) but help with others (eg rez temps, fewer rez changes)

I had issues with reliability/trust of the EC and Ph meters I was using - better now I have calibration fluid and several meters so I can cross check them, swap them out etc.

I am happy growing in DWC and have ambitions to build a multipot system at some point when I am not moving house regularly....probably some fallponics rdwc set up...

I must try a perlite, peat or other soil set up someday too...but i am not growing somewhere it is legal and i am not under the same budget constraints as I would have been in my youth !

Good call. :)
I hope the goverment wherever you live takes their head out of their ass soon !

Ok update, Room temperature is 72F, RH21%, plants are 3 weeks from planting in seeds, down to 1 plant per bucket. Left bucket just lollipop looking great well a little yellow on tips of leaves, ph was a little high so adjusted to 5.9 ph ppm 1003 water temperature 67.8F, Right bucket changed out nutrients ph 6.0, ppm 660, 66.7F water temperature. I only use RO water for my nutrients GH trio cal mag, hydroguard, gh ph down (liquid koolbloom, nectar enhancing flora bloom) not using these 3. Not sure on ppm going to have to read more on it but i have plenty of links lol
