No, it has to be done "right on time" otherwise it doesn't work.

Just tuck and bend a little, = time to go and get some pipe cleaners

I would suggest to let it grow a little before fan leaves are cut. Do you want the lower tops to grow? if not chop chop.

You can top autos with great results please check out AGC auto growers club there are links for the auto topping thread on there all the help you need related to auto plants how old are your baby's now ..

I also retopped one of my autos around day 30 it really liked it

do you have a magnifying glass?? check under leaves, in stem joints scrape a bit in soil, see if anything crawls or fly...
