Picked up some of this and put the girl in there 2 days ago. She's already looking better and I can actually see growth . I have been giving her a little water and some bio root .

Ok, when growing in coco, you have to look into the fertilizers and feeding. It is a 'soil-less' medium excellent for cannabis but different type of thinking than soil. It doesn't provide food, so you have to give it. You have to check PH too.

she is growing a little slow. But it could be due to re pot. you give her fertilizers right> auto can be fed early.

Half of the dosage bottle says, in the amount of water it suggests. ( I assume a liter of water?)

Sorry, but it was late.
How big is your pot?
If you water her with half a liter, do yo have a lot of run off water?
Just remember NOT to water for at least 5 days if you use half a liter of water.
