I think the lighter color on the new growth may be normal, from what i have saw with my girls, the new growth tends to be a lighter color, just keep an eye on it and as it grows out a little more it should turn darker.✌

I've found the same with my white widows. Between 14-20 days old, and after being transplanted out of the solo cups, they've really darkened up.

I think you will be alright, it looks like they have really taken off since you transplanted them, they must love all that room for roots to explore.✌

I have heard alot of people talk about how tuff and resilient the ww is, must be a good strain cause alot of people grow it, i have never tried ww before, i can't wait to harvest mine so i can roll me up a big one lol.✌

I've noticed my new growth to be like yours and slightly yellow too. but it adapts and turns green when establishing itself

All good here. Couple more weeks and I might be able to start LST. Trying to decide what techniques I'll use. Suggestions are very welcome ☺

From what I've been reading it's just a matter of "opening" the plant up. As branches are growing in, you train them to grow out horizontally before allowing them to go up. Heres a pic I stole from the web...

could just let it grow into a scrog I'm scrogging it'll also involve a bit of HST at one point but LST as well. thats my personal opinion anyway everyones diff i can see why some people would train like that but yeh if i went that route id mainline i reckon i really don't think it makes a massive difference in some ways.could Just veg for longer, top etc

I feel you man. Always tryna do ur best to get things right and optimal. It can be easy to forget that we're only dealing with plants, and that we can actually relax about it a fair bit haha

About topping, i would suggest topping at the 3rd/4th node. Its done great for me so far, though things may be quite different strain-to-strain. Undergrowth went crazy for me and really kicked things off between approx day 18 to now. But for now i'd say ur good. Seems like a good idea to let the plants keep dvelop on their oen for now

I've been using pipe cleaners from amazon. Also very cheap. Lots of room for creativity and flexibility with them too

I got these soft ties and a trellis net off of Amazon that should work okay. But I'll keep that in mind if I run out. ☺

I used the net only this run.... and using the clips on my veg plants - I really like the net , mine raises up with my plants as they grow so I trained them along the way

Here is a pic of one i done Lst on and the second pic shows it the next day after it turned back up to the light, it opened the middle up and evened out the canopy, i use pipe cleaners, they are easy to work with and adjust when needed.✌
