That was fun! Had a good time trimming. Got the buds all hung and tidy. I have a mountain of trim that's nothing but a sticky pile of goodness. Can't find my scale to weight it but there's plenty to go around. Pick a bud. Any bud.

I'll get some better shots when I check on them tomorrow. Right now they're in the dark. And I'm on the couch

.......

Nice haul and love the uniformity of the buds! I have heard that hanging upside down serves a purpose when drying, though the stem-on-a-box thing is cool! :)

Thanks shed! The box they are sitting on has wire strung through it for that purpose. It was a pain with the wire strung too close together They are all nice tops tho.

Congrats on the harvest. Some nice looking bud! :goodjob:

Thanks Sf. It appears to be more than what I was anticipating given the comedy of errors I made. But that's what this grow was expected to be. A lesson. I'm just glad it finished early so I can clean the tent out and go again. I give it a B.

Lol. It's all good. I think I set the bar a little higher than I should but, I kept it grounded in reality. Don't get me wrong. I am super stoked! When I was trimming I rolled up a resin ball and put it on top of a little strawberry cough to keep it from pulling through my bubbler. It was a great head high. Non jittery and I was catching little trails. That lasted about an hour or so then it settled into a nice steady buzz for about 3 hours. No headaches, no cotton mouth, no dry eyes. My initial responses to sf and yourself were at about 2am when I woke up on the couch still a bit fuzzy. I think that's a good sign

Jeez you're a tough crowd. You should see some other first grows on here!
Hey! That's not nice shed.... I'm trying okay ..

I know I was late to this round bad Daddy. But we'll done! If you learned something and made harvest, sounds to me like you totally nailed the first grow!!! And based on the pics, you really did!

Thanks Dab. You're making me all misty eyed.

But seriously, I did learn a few things. After I was done trimming I sat back and looked at the trays of buds and big ole pile
Of trim with plenty of satisfaction. And I was so high I could not get my fingers past the wiring strung in my cure box for the smaller buds. So I pulled a center punch out and made a lollipop farm on top of it. Something about being high and seeing the symmetry of things...

What's in the line up for round 2?

Well I'm not sure. I have about a week or so till the buds are dry enough to jar up for cure. I'm thinking about putting a couple of the plants in reveg to start cloning since it's not available anywhere and it's shaping up to be one hit and quit. Also I am planning my rdwc. One way or another I want to set up a perpetual grow every 45 days harvest. Need another tent for flower. I'm thinking of using my 4x8 for cloning and veg and just go all in My next strain is from growers choice who are sponsors here. Were going with feminized Cinderella 99. Since they are in my state and are in Humboldt county we're possibly gonna do a roadie. The north coast is awesome. I'm officially a farmer.

Congratulations and welcome to the club! Did you check out Rider's RDWC?

Thank you .

Actually, I may be copying that setup. It's simple, neat (I like neat), and well thought out. I'll prolly do my own little customizations, but won't know till I start building it. I like the supply/returns plumbed black and white. It satisfies my ocd. Lol He's not messing around. It's legit.

Thanks OG and PG. much appreciated for sure. My next journal will probably have a little more technical stuff. . Not to be a boring drone, but I didn't keep much on this other than ph in check. Temp and humidity was ambient and spot on. everything else was "what will happen when I try this"? I got lucky. Luck won't pay the bills tho.
