Plants are looking good!
Are you going to bury those rings to keep the splash down?
You adjust the pH of the water, then add nutrients to it, then readjust the pH?
The nutrients I used to use tended to drop my water's pH. Had I brought the water's pH down before adding the nutes, I suspect that I'd have had to raise it back up after doing so.
As it turned out, the drop that the nutrients I was using (depending on the feeding schedule) pretty much put the pH into the sweet spot.

the PH thing is simple.....this is what I do and I have no problems between the "every 7 day nute change" ....the ph stays between 5-6........I fill all my gallon jugs, about 11 gls. at a time....that many cause they drink five to six gallons a week, i top off every day with PH'ed water....let it sit over night, then PH it to 5-6...i add my nutes, the PH AGAIN to 5-6.....I then PH once a day and it stays at 5-6 all week till i swap nutes again........
