Word. Thanks man. My grow seems to be going pretty well for a newbie. Haven't really made any major mistakes and I have two plants that are almost done flowering. I pretty much got all my info from 420. But still I need some guidance. You been very helpful Pennywise!

What do you mean by non pH'd water, pennywise? Just water thats out of optimal pH range?

Yes like my tap water is over 7.0 so thats what i use

Same here my tap water is about 8 or so so I'll use that and flush for 10 days. I heard some people flush for 2 weeks why so long ?

Current situation in my grow room.


Leaves are still green at Week 9 so I guess I'm not doing so poorly

I forgot to mention I did some back-building yesterday on the left plant to compare difference in bud size if any. The left plant was also topped.

Like I said before out of frustration I popped another seed which happen to be the third plant below which is 3 weeks old.

Day 62:

Checked on the plants today and took some more trichome pics. Leaves on colas are starting to turn yellow so I'm assuming it's getting closer to maturity. I realized that I didn't LST enough on this plant and I won't be making the same mistake on my other babies.

I plan to start my flush sometime next week so by that time I should have at least 20% amber.

Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing well!

Day 65 from Seed:

Took a peak at my ladies. Plants starting to show signs of maturity. Leaves are turning yellow and falling off. Did some Defoliation to allow more light in. This particular plant had very little LST so if I get a half ounce out of it, i'll be happy! I let this plant do its thing so I can compare yield and growth pattern with my other plant and i must say that my topped plant looks way better and has a lot of potential.

Main Cola is about 8 inches tall and buds are constantly filling out. I notice a difference in bud size everyday at this point. Starting to see loads of amber on this plant.

I was thinking of starting my flush next week after one more feeding. Plants are in Week 10. Should I skip feeding next week and start flushing instead? Or should I let bud go for another week since they getting fatter ?

Id feed again, i dont see much amber really and nice white pistils still. She'll go a bit longer.

Topped Plant aka Plant number 2. I believe topping this plant set it back a week behind. Did some back- building on this plant so looking forward to seeing the difference if any.
