Maybe gently squeeze some of the water out of the rockwool. If you can without hurting the roots .

I don't know if that's a good idea, when prepping rockwool you shake it to remove excess, squeezing it compacts it, blocks any air from going through it.

Hey all , got a new air pump for oxygenation (see photos) funny thing was I had everything except a new air stone. So I had to improvise while I wait for a new air stone to arrive. But never the less I'm get much more air into the water now. My improvisation to connect the oversized hose to the standard smaller air lines was using a network cable via taking the wires out. What can I say , I'm the ghetto mcguyver.

Hey all, today I had a pleasant surprise just as I mentally wrote this plant off (despite caring for it just the same) some really rapid and healthy growth has shot through. Disclaimer is I did add some great white to the root system and the res. The next day roots started fishboning and on the 2nd day rapid root growth occured with top growth.
