First Grow - All Input Welcomed

Beautiful looking plant!! My trichomes are as cloudy as yours or more :/ It's only day 46 of flowering for me?!? About 5% of mine are amber as well. I plan to chop when about 50% are amber because I want more of the body and couch like type of stone (insomnia). Can't wait till you harvest How big are the buds it's kind of hard to tell.

They are just a little smaller around then a toilet paper tube and real dense. So i think i am going to be pleasantly surprised with the final outcome. I took one clipping today for a test this weekend and just the top portion of one of the smaller tops weighed in at 6.5 grams wet.

Yes alot better then the beach for a couple reasons. Not gonna get any sand in your crack; Dont have to worry about the random old guy wearing a speedo; And you don't have to worry about the water being gross with sewage.

Ok all here were are at HARVEST DAY 56 can't believe that my first grow is now under my belt. Once again THANK YOU to all at that have helped along they way and to all that have followed my journey. Without further ado here are pics from today.

Well here are some of the total's for now.

I had a total of 80 decent tops
Wet weight============= 773.95 grams trimmed and still on stems
Popcorn buds=========== 96.86 grams
Trim from above ========= about 400 grams

So all in all i think it turned out to be a good run. I'll do some calcs after it is all dried to see what i ended up with for a final watt/gram ratio.

Well let me start with a big THANK YOU for all the nice compliments so far on my harvest.
And for anyone who is wondering what a plant that size looks like with no container here you go. Time for some root porn.
First i started digging out the hydrotron rocks and after the first layer this is what i ran into

After some time i was able to get them all out from the roots and here is what it looked like

Then i pulled it from the pot

Then i decided to cut it in half to get a good shot of the root zone and i beat all the dirt i could off of it

Talk about some roots huh enough to make a wig out of.

Then i figured while i was doing some work i pulled out all the trim i had and this is what i came up with

On to other things? i would have at least taken her for a walk in the woods and set her free in a forest clearing... right time of year for it...

What is the best way to dry and preserve the cure for smooth, sweet buds?

Unbelievable job on your 1st grow Mcpuffin!!! your a natural green thumb!!! excellent yield on your 1st grow, was that just for one plant? wow!!! generally i find that the bud looses about 75% of its weight through drying, so with that being said, you still hit around a 1/4lb!!! very nice job!!! cant wait to see your next one!!
