First Grow - 5 Strains - 5x5x7 Tent - 1100W MH/HPS

Hey there people! I have some news and a picture to show you. So I am not too happy with my plants, I need a much longer veg time for mainlining than I wanted to wait for, so I decided that instead of flowering these plants to start new, or spending more time vegging them in my main tent, I was going to make cuttings from them and start fresh with new plants. Growing these plants was a awesome learning process, and now I want to start over and learn more, instead of killing my plants and starting over I went out and got an EZ Cloner and hacked em all to bits and got 22 Clones out of 9 plants. Now my plan is to keep these plants in this system for a few weeks and learn about aeroponics, which will help me at my new job selling grow equipment.

Also, in two days, I will have 30 Royal Haze Seeds germinating, and they will be placed in pots filling my 5x5 tent, so it won't be empty, and it will be springing with life shortly!

I am happy about going this route too, I actually got more plants than I started with seeds. I had 1 strawberry blue seeds and now its 2 clones. I had 3 CBD Critcal mass plants, that came from 5 seeds, and now I have 8 clones. I had 2 Critical Sensi Star seeds and now I have 4 clones. I had 1 afghani seeds and now there is 2 clones. and I had 2 fruit punch seeds, and now there is 6 clones. I actually also have 6 fruit punch seedlings that I was planning on growing as mothers for a future grow.

And I am going to put the Royal Haze Autos in 3 gallon pots. I can fit 25 in my tent, 5 rows of 5. So I just hoping the 30 seeds give at least 25 plants, if not I can get more lol. If I end up with 30 plants I will just have extra around in my backyard and stuff. I can't wait to get these auto flowers in the tent! Not going to be trimming them much, just letting them do their genetic course.

Honestly I have no idea how much to expect from a yield. I have read that its around 65G a plant, then I have seen on some websites 300G m/2. I am not sure what to expect but whatever the outcome even at a 10G main cola per plant still looking at a half pound or dried matter.

Sounds like its going to be amazing to watch buddy I'm stoked! I dont even look at estimates really other than a really rough guess since there are so many variables but I guess if it says 50g's dont expect 400g's

I am going to shoot for 250 grams. I have over 2 square meters of space, and 1000 watt MH and HPS bulbs, on a ballast that can be boosted up to 1100watts, or dimmed to 600watts. I am using the full line of Dutch Pro (Grow/Bloom A&B, Take Root, Multi Total, and Explode) but I also have some 'Advanced Nutrients' CalMag and Canna PK which my boss said is the only things he ever adds to his medical grows when using Dutch Pro. Calmag is more for doing long vegging and Canna PK is good for making rock hard buds, so won't be using CalMag I don't think, only on the clones. I've got a job at a hydro store so I can get or order anything I need and at a 10% discount, that has saved me around 400$ already lol.


I think with all that, and love and care, I will probably surpass my expectation of 250Gs off of 25 plants.

I give some calmag every feeding under leds your plants really love it. It awesome to have a boss to grows I am going for a piss test tomorrow for a new job so I doubt my boss agrees with it but nothing the head shop cant fix. Boy if you ever expand your hydro shops come my way I dont have one around for over 100 miles :\ that really bites man. I have no doubt you pass that mark with flying colors just keep it on track and all is well.

Ok so this is how I will fit the 25 plants in the Tent. No longer going to get Royal Haze, my boss has 30 'OG Kush Autoflowers' fresh from Dinafem Seeds, and I am getting those instead. So excited, picking them up tomorrow morning!

Can't wait for these to pop! on Dinafems website its 88 Euros for 10 Seeds. Thats like 120$ roughly. But I got 33 OG Kush Seeds for 210$ Thats 7$ a seed and 3 for free!

Less than 12 hours after I put then a glass of water 20 of them have sunk to the bottom of the glass, 5 of them still remain floating, but at least 2 or 3 have already showed their taproots.

All but 3 of the "OG Kush Auto" seeds have cracked and have been placed into their pots, not really picture worthy just yet but I imagine in 5-7 days they will be big enough to snap a decent photo of them all.
