She looks much better!! When i over watered my seedlings i put a capful of h202 in a half gal mason jar and a spray mist bottle. They bounced back really quick. Looks like your repotting has squared it away.
I agree with everyone to lift the pot. I use fabric pots that are 5 gals and it's impossible for me to tell unless i lift it. I have a bamboo spoon handle that i stick in the dirt too. The top of my soil dries out fast from the lights, so i can't tell that way.
