Feral's Journal Of Insanity & Some Growing

I'd like to get a lot of topdawg stuff...

Skunk is a good example. Decades of selection with little crossing. Skunk, skunk #1, super skunk, cheeses, that's what they need. White widow is another one. Just take it and find the best and make it better. Probably similar work done with the kush varieties but I'm not as familiar with them. And your hazes which seems like a very generalised term sometimes these days.

Grizz hit the nail on the head with his comment a bout stability. When a strain is homogenous then it's a strain. Maybe I'm just a pedantic old fuck also... lmao

Pretty..

Im hoping its a trait with her i can find in her seeds but i think its due to the pollination :thumb: i dont remember it flowering her inside and have seen some pinkish pistils on another one too, Psychotropic mass which is sitting right next to her, pink only lasted a day on her though ;)

Just wondering feral, do you test for EC when u make nutes up?
I was doing so initially but stopped when i started adding extras into the mix

Gonna back off the strength slightly as I've noticed a slight nute burn on some leaf

Not sure exactly where to aim but I'm looking for more of a general guide for range in flowering as I'm off the manufacturer's schedule :)

Nah i dont actually check the EC really anymore, i start at half the recommendations of the company's schedule in veg, one week before flower i bump it up to around 80% strength and run it there all the way through :thumb: i see what they need or what they need backing off throughout the whole grow, chart im still working on is pretty close to where i want it to be, constantly making changes, should be a pretty good generic schedule :thumb: Next step is to work out exactly what strength each strain needs so it uses the same amount of water as nutrients, EC should always stay the same if its dialled right in ;) When i was running Dutch Master Nutes and Advanced Nutes i would aim around the 2.0EC mark in my DWC's.

Nice one - I think I've been running EC a little high these last few weeks - i like how the feed schedule changes to take into account the plants' changing needs

Wanna make use of that progressing process but am gonna water the whole mix including extras down once I've added everything - I'm running about 1.7 after taking out background EC which is a couple weeks ahead of the appropriate level i reckon

I went looking but this is from the mns breeders forum (unchallenged but still written, I believe but if you don't that's understandable) I sent this to you feral ages ago.. we got to start labelling our pm, I don't know where any of the stuff I sent you is..

Soma nor DNA don't make their own seeds, they buy them in from the guys behind Royal Queen Seeds who setup a place near Girona in Spain and churn out tons of femmed seeds and sell them to many companies. This is why both Soma and DNA sell some of the same crosses but under different names, Connie Chung from DNA is the exact same thing as Kushadelic from Soma because they both bought the seeds in from the RQS g

I'm sure they buy from other breeders also but breed?????
Never knew royal queen was behind alot of different breeder strains. I got tons of rqs so I should find some fire!!!!
