I couldnt agree more, i think its more the novelty than anything, grow up seeing these places in movies etc, they pop up over here and everyone visits once and thats it :rofl: food is always second rate, cooked by a teenager that should be working at mcdonalds and waaay overpriced.
 
Some updates for tonight, would have got this done earlier but i fell asleep at 10pm and woke up about 3 hours later :rofl: only just went in there for the first time today :thumb: Took a pic of Snake Venom, seems to have both male and female parts, hard to pick up the pistil growth under hps but has started to flower, and has ballsacks :rofl:

As i said, lights should be here later on this week, right in time for Sour Diesel, id really prefer to keep right away from hermys so may end up chopping SV out.

In Veg, Sour D has responded awesomely to the nutrient strength increase, have a feeling it might be a little too much for this strain but looking amazing right now, few more days before she hits the flower tent id like to see a couple more nodes on each branch by then :thumb:

Now i had a closer look at my Incredible Bulk tonight, the stem is starting to get a purple tinge to it and also the stems to the older fans, also noticing a bit of "candy striping" to the stems above the first set of nodes :)

and i have not shown much of these breeding strains, starting to get new growth on my Sour Male so as soon as i finish sorting out the main flower tent i will think about flipping this one ;)

Nope, have done 4 autos so far and wont go back to them :rofl: Ive done an AK-47 from Speed Seeds which turned out to be the best tasting of the lot and was my first lol, Bloody Skunk from Sweet seeds, made me promise id never buy from them again :rofl:, The auto that was supposed to be an Original GDP regular seed, bud on a stick about 4" long :rofl: and the Auto Berry from G13 Labs, best yielder and looker of the lot but i couldnt smoke it, tasted absolutely terrible. Maybe ive just had bad luck with them but i have found autos will never get that nice solid flower formation, always seems a lot fluffier than a photo plant. Some growers on here swear by them and they do an amazing job with auto's but id love to see them grow a photo plant in similar techniques, they would knock it out of the park :thumb:
 
I have had some luck with autos. Early Miss from Crop King Seeds has
been a good one for me. You don't get a whole lot from it, but the smoke
is pretty good.

I have a few Girl Scout Cookie autos that I want to try sometime as well.

Thanks mate :thumb: there were a few autos i wanted to try out but tbh i have so many amazing photo strains to get through i dont think id ever have the time to get back to them, maybe one day when i find a good photo plant to cross it with, most of my auto seeds are going to a better home where they will get a chance at life :) For smaller spaces they are perfect but in a 5x5 its kinda wasting space when i could be running a much bigger plant ;)
 
Your set up is amazing you always have beautiful healthy ladies in those tents. You are definitely one of the best diverse growers I have ever seen. The amount of different strains that are being done at the same time is just awesome. I can only handle doing 2 at a time to focus on what's the best for those strains. Like you I only go with photos not autos. I like to train and play with new ideas for maximum growth and quality meds. I would love it if I could do what you do I just don't have the time. Currently I have 2 mother's in flowering and 10 clones that I am training and vegging. And one new Afghan that I am training. With just that I'll take at least a hour or 2 a day to get my daily maintenance up. So I can't imagine how much time and effort you do because your garden is always full and always best quality I have seen. That red desil was amazing. What was your total yield? My last harvest was 6 oz off 2 plants. But I only vegged for 4 weeks in DWC. So I could have gotten more but was nervous. BC of height restriction
 
Thanks bignugz :thumb: Yeah it can become a bit of a full time job at times running so many different strains, i usually spend anywhere from 1-6 hours a day keeping everything on track, i enjoy every minute of it and constantly thinking about it when im not in there :rofl: The Red Diesel was an absolute pleasure to run, easy to maintain and just kept on swelling, im still not sure on the total yield as i have not finished up trimming up the smaller stuff, i stopped at 11oz, still at least another oz left to go i will probably get around to tonight if plans dont change ;) Height restrictions have always been an issue ive had to deal with, due to the size of my hood i found the only way around it was to hang it from the rafters and cut a hole in the top of the tent, hoping these new 315w hoods are a bit smaller so i can put the tent frame back together for a bit more stability :thumb:
 
I have a veg tent with LED 300 watt and a bunch of CFL lights. My flower tent is a sunsystem air cooled hood and I run it at 75% due to heat issues I like having my temps at 75 and humidity at 20% during flowering. At lights off I'll let it drop to 60 but that's after flowers have been established. I could use a 3rd tent for a second flowering tent but just waiting for the right time to buy. BC I would need a new light, inline fans carbon filter and everything else that is important. This flower I am doing mother's but I am adding Co2 to it and sealing it up as much as possible. I hope it's worth the investment. But we shall see, it's blue cheese and cotton candy I am flower, and lots of there clones in veg. What's crazy is both look indica dominant mother's but some clones are definitely sativa traits showing more than mother's

Might that possible truth account partly for the perfect looking nutritionated vegetation??

Looking good. Just a thought. Been trying to grow semi organic in tundra soil. A friend of mine sifted most of a few barrels of tundra and came out with about 15 gallons of what looks almost like coco but the consistancy of dirt. Vegging is good so far. Im doing 3 clones of barny's cookie kush, black domina x afcan kush from seed, and a sprout i just aquired along with a mars 600w. Im running three clones in dwc with some greatwhite bennys and ff big bloom. Two of the three are amazing but one isnt taking to the dwc. Gonna isolate it and try work her roots back to health.

to each their own and mine to smoke
