Regarding defol mate, i gave mine a good strip back 2 weeks into bloom - took everything small off up to about 8 inches from the coco & thinned out some of the denser growth (they r monster cropped clones so pretty full on bushy)
I've got em well trained now spread out scrog with loads of flowers going on but I'm kinda wondering now almost 5 weeks into bloom wether it's worth stripping back the small lower growth say another four inches up, thats going on way under the canopy and not getting much light at all

Wadda ya reckon? Might allow plant to focus energy on the good buds

Or would it not make much difference?
 
This is just ridiculous now.. it looks exactly how sour diesel should look, only better.. no shit man, I looked at all the promos and sour d pics, it's identical but yours would be the poster pic..awesome bro..
 
F#cken amazing work bud! I'm green over here. LOL! I have one problem after the other, but you just hitting it out the park all the time.
 
Yea brother that 24 is CLOSE to the light i would bend as much as possible or move her away if possible I know you know what's best I always fear of killing trichs and terepenes

Id remove anything not getting any light below the net mate :thumb: it will allow the plant to focus on the main buds but also having a lot of buds not getting light means more chance of those lower areas turning hermy or going moldy from not breathing ;)

Thanks mate :) I'm sure as soon as you are fully back up and running all the problems will disappear bud, your last grow was A1, still got another 4 potm winning plants if you ask me :high-five:

Yeah I thought she might slow down after I chopped right into her but she just kept on going :rofl: I'm pretty confident most of stretch is over now at day 28, I can probably get another 3" or so on the light which I will fix up tonight :thumb: was supposed to do reservoirs last night but was way to tired, now I have all 3 in flower to do tonight :rofl:

If I do anything in flower its usually after stretch is over, I remove the main fans down low and clean up a couple through the canopy for light penetration but tbh I have not taken anything from my current girls, the training I have been doing to them seems to allow perfect amount of light penetration without needing too much work :thumb:
 
Yes they have a bit more room to move. Mines a bit cramped. I'll assess at 4 weeks. Don't care about the lower stuff just the top 18"'s is getting s bit light deprived in places.

Rain stopped for a minute so i went out to get some photos and check on the outdoor girls, C99 hasnt even flinched with the water, i think a lot of her foliage is allowing most to drip right off and the calyxes are pretty protected :thumb:

Last night was pretty busy in the tents doing all res changes to the flower girls, almost all reservoirs were way off in veg so tonights mission will be to get them all freshened up, full defol and topping to incredible bulk, when i say topping i was taking whole branches :rofl: will grab some pics later.

Thanks mate :) she is getting there finally :thumb: pistils are starting to change so wont be much longer now, hopefully this rain pisses off and stays away for about 2 weeks so i can harvest ;)

Beautiful man. Sour Diesel is actually stacking better than I thought she would from earlier pics.
