Hope the battle against the bugs don't cause any hermies for ya. I would first find sacs on the lower popcorn stuff, and the younger shoots. it then seemed to progress up the shoot, but I don't know where you were spraying for bugs if they would appear at the same locations. I think rooster had some hermies appear from spraying for bugs, he should be able to point you where to look.

they went 3 days with no water or nutes this week as I was out of town and my timer for my auto watering system got shut off

I went 90 hours in late flower without water/nutes last run. Didn't seem to be a problem at all but they weren't drinking near as much at that point. I think you'll be fine there your plants are looking really strong!

I started her on some AN Big Bud so let’s see what that does!

I’d give a light spray of h202 in a spray bottle with a drop of cal mag if possible shake it well and spray that knuckle area. Cracks like such can cause issues of mold and bacteria which can attract pest . Before lights out not crazy heavy spray light most even . Sterile but looking great. Of course this is what I would do .

Not everyone will agree . I just see it as killing any bacteria early that looks lieo a bad boo boo ya know little bit of sterilization in the area can’t hurt can it ?
