Yes we topped her. Not sure if you are supposed to but one tip went right and the other went left and circled all the way around the pot. She is a sativa so I knew she was going to be tall so we we tried to keep her as short as possible. It seemed like a good way to do it. She still ended up 3' tall and never stopped stretching in flower.

When you train I guess its better to bend the whole plant at a young age?? This year I pinched and bent, tucked under the wire. Im kinda experimenting. I dont want them over the fence. I have bent over before but waited until a foot tall. Thanks Weedman.

You dont have to brother...Sometimes i wait till i topped, and my two new tops grow out to train...many dif styles ..you dont want to go past the 25 day mark to start in my exp...

This year Im using FF ocean forest and Im wondering when I go inside should I mix it with reg. potting soil? The ocean f. is great but I think maybe too strong? Especially in pots? I like you dont have to feed for a month. Im not at the stage to mix my own soil yet. Ive just started PHing my water so Im a greeeeenhorn. Some people swear by FF ocean forest.

Maybe I will switch to bio, roots org. when I go inside because I dont want to burn them especially if Im buying seeds. Nice to know you use the FF trio. All the different nutes offered at the grow shop is mind boggling. PHing....... first year im PHing my yard grow. Was told only needed if in pots and using non organic ferts. Since FF is half organic good to PH? yes? Do you PH both water feed and nute feed? yes? My tap water is 8.0 and after nutes its brought down to 6.2 so no need PH but sometimes Im lazy with my water feed and water it at 8.0. Is this terribly wrong? I know INSIDE it is MANDATORY to PH but since im outside in the yard I figure no need??? Or is a good rule of thumb is.......... PH all the time??
