only had clear plastic cups in the shop. not sure if i should wrap them in black something???

ive punched holes on the actual bottoms and around the bottom of the rim.
also i have ran some slices the length top to bottom so when they come to transplant i can snip the top and fold the edges away in the hope it makes things easy..

both the warm and cool white 100w leds are in there, just the cool white lowered atm. their qb is still in use over the freaks in my other journal atm, will move it in a couple of weeks.

the other 3 seeds put back to their spot.
see what happens.. 3rd day ending since soak began.

still nothing from the other 3. both the autos an 1 alaskan...?? Dohhh
might stick with just the 3 photos if the last doesnt pop, if the autos dont go il drop a couple more. was given the 2fast2vast anyway.

so...
down to 1 ap and 1 bb.
the 2nd bb never poked its head up, last night i dug it up, and it hasnt changed, the shell slightly split and tap toot exposed but hasnt grown. its been a few days since i potted the 3. the coco started to dry a little so yesterday i gave a little douse of ro+calmag @ 60ppm to keep it moist.
last night the two seedlings have nice first true fingers out, but the 3rd no sign. its now back in the paper towel with 1 more bb seed, the pack of 5 actually had 6.. maybe its a dodgem lol
the last alaskan seed still nothing and same with the 2f2v.
still soaking, along with 2 barneys farm blue cheese autos..

so far its 2/6 popped then, with 3 more added lol, not good odds? lol

I have the best success soaking them for 24-36 hours and then planting them one knuckle down in soil or coco. They usually pop in 3 days and they've dropped their seed helmets all on their own. I'm convinced that sometimes a tap root may be so long when planted that it becomes unruly, and sprouts too fast without established roots, seed helmet intact.

yeah gotta be cautious in rhe little cups lol
i just dribbled it out of a sports cap bottle yesterday, takes the tiniest amout lol maybe again in another day.
fingers X some more will join them :(
