Fabric pots vs plastic pots in autopots?

I use 2, 4 inch bubble stones in the res just to keep everything mixed up, I was using advanced nutes but it got to costly so I switched to mega crop.

Flood tray or flood tables, you can find them used for pretty cheap. They are really nice to use.
