Escape Velocities: Syenite's Stealth Miniatures

Don't forget about this girl tho...

The Chem '91 has quite a bit more headroom than the other two, so can veg a little longer. She's a few inches away from flip.

Training has gone very smoothly. She won't have as many colas as the other two, eight instead of ten, but that will be made up for in height.

I've been happy to get this one to a nice deep green. It's been easier to control the light in the cabinet!

:thanks: :Namaste:

Congrats on the flip, and the training on the Starkiller is spot on!

Thank you Shed! The Starkiller's legginess made it a bit easier to train, in contrast to the Sour Bubba's stubborn stoutness.

I always wanted to run Starkiller so all in for the flip!

Cheers Kismet! I'm excited too. Will be my first OG! Its genetic lineage is pretty impressive, so I'm hopeful.

Beautiful as always cuzzy bro

Churr mate!!

She looks great Sye! That's another one on my list to grow. I hear it's quite buzzworthy.

Thank you SO! Yes. Quite the queen.

I have more Chem lined up, too! I have some proper S1s of the '91 (this current one is a backcross), and some really cool outcrosses ('91 x Sis). I may well run the S1s next. :thumb:

End of week 1 in 12-12 for this divergent duo!

Starkiller OG

Living up to the OG name, at least in stature. I can get a few additional inches of vertical space if it continues to stretch in this fashion, and plenty of space to supercrop or LST if further necessary. Or topping if I feel particularly lazy!

Sour Bubba

Stretching, albeit at its own pace! I will definitely be giving this one more veg time if I were to run it again. Nonetheless, SB is a happy plant!

And, still in the vegging corner...

Chem '91

The happiest and most regal one of them all. Got another week or so before flip.

Beautiful! Who originated your Chem 91?

Thanks SO!

It's from Cali Connection. Swerve (CC guy) has a divisive, patchy reputation, but has also been known to produce the occasional gem. It's not properly Chem '91, and really shouldn't be called that. It's some kind of backcross.

The S1s I have are Nspecta's work from Humboldt CSI. Really can't wait to run those. Will have to pop a few to get the most out of them though - S1s are a lottery.:thumb:

I asked because I have some cali connection seeds. Chem 91 something. Yours are going great!

Yeah that's the same one! It's named after the "Skunk VA" cut (one of the verified '91 cuts). It's certainly based on/bred from the cut, but isn't the cut itself, so the name's rather misleading.
Annoying marketing aside though, I think there are bangers in the packs! :thumb:

Very excited to flower this one out! :Namaste:

I think so too! A non member now :(who I have respect for his taste put me on to them. Said this was THE one for getting HIGH for him. He wrote that many times over the years.

He recommended Chem varieties to me for pain and I remember him for that almost every day.
I wasn’t going to chime in, I don’t have much to add, but I got caught up here as I was climbing in to a bath at our 4:20am to try and soak some pain out. Listening to The Potcast wherein Chem ‘91 got an award for clone of the year last year. . .
(He actually called it chemdog‘91...

... as hapless consumers we can only but hope these are beans from the same bush).
. . . and I thought it too much of a coincidence.
I just want to say how stoked I am to be running a cut and a great big :thanks: to you, Sy for it.

The closest to the Chem I’ve gotten is the bubba’s sis, whose female progenitor (you know, the em word) was Chem Sis.

Now, I started looking through cannabis varieties searching for pain relief and potency. Bubba’s Sis is neither, but to my utter surprise it does things I wasn’t looking for.

In the short time since I pulled my first plant I’ve been through almost six ounces. Admittedly one of them was for rosin for friends (how’s it treating you, by the way?), but I just can’t keep it in the jar! My third is two weeks from harvest.

Anyway, I transplanted our chem’91 cut the other day and she seems to have grabbed. She’s opened up her nodes and become taller by stretching a little which was fun to see.

I hope your new job is fun, Sy.
Have some breakfast and a good day please.
:ciao:

Wow, nice! I didn't get the pain relief part from him. Thought it was an endless high thing. Fantastic! Now I have to get one in soon!
