EcDriver Goes Hydro For The First Time

i just come back from the groom and resin production and smell are ridiculous, unbelievable, disgusting.
i'm not kidding at all, smell is a problem for drying and to store before to jar...
hard to live with.

I would love to get a nosefull of that smell! How's it going buddy? Sorry I have been away so long, but my work took me outta town for a couple weeks there. You must be getting closer to harvest I bet on some. Time to go read and catch up!

Take care,
Bob ;)

yesss my Doc, how are you Bro'?
i wish you had a nice couple weeks of work, i'll start my 2 months of hard work myself in a week or so...
then i understand your absence and i'm so happy you pop here just when you're back.
as you see, the girlz looks decent for a first hydro run, i expected a bit more yield despite they will go 10 dayz more.
I don't think they are at the biggest yield they could give. i have to focus more on the "peak-feeding-period" which i'm sure is the most important for big yielding plant. i was not 100% there during this couple weeks and missed an important part of the feeding schedule...
i talk about week 6 and W.7.
anyway i'm quite very satisfied of this first run without any mother neither selection, just good fem seeds. i'm so happy about that first.
i think i'll pull around 50gms each plant except for the HS which i hope should be a bit bigger than the rest.
i didn't see your journal for a wile too.
i'm uploading today pics Atm...:cheesygrinsmiley:

have a wonderful sticky day Doc.
i send you a bunch of gooey warm sticky smelly vibes from the south.

Outstanding EC just outstanding, I can't wait to see how they finish.

hi 60, thanx to pop M8, and for the kind comments too.
i agree with you they are really covered with resin, even on stems.
i wish i'll make with the trim and popcorn budz, some nice dry-sieved and some good BHO in the end.
i wish you have a nice sticky day 60.

I am sticky this very moment! Thanks for the vibes!

I have a question about your notes above. Do you think that peak feeding period applies to soil plants too? Week 6-7 you think is an important spot in development? That is right where I am right now and I am not totally seeing the weight I expected at this point. Are you pushing the flowering nutes?

Sorry for all the questions but you are the man and I wanna pick your brain!

Have as much fun as you can before the work spins back up again. I have about a month before things get crazy here and I plan to enjoy every second of it!

Take care my good freind.
Bob ;)

thanx for all the comment Doc,
what i said is for hydro but i guess there is a feeding-peak in soil grown flowering plants.
the important couple of week is week 6 and 7 for a 10weeker because on week 8 you start to decrease, week 9 also and week 10 and 11 you flush.
then week 6 and 7 should be the "higher Ec weeks". i didn't go above Ec 2 this run because i let my buddy topping with phed water during those 2 weeks during which i was so busy; but it should have been to 2.4 with this strain.
i hope it answer your question.
i could do lot better next run fortunately, and this strain have the potential of big harvests.
have a nice day Doc

Looking like some real good quality buds there EC!
thanx Crawdaddy, i wish you are right but, before to smoke , you never know...
i took a sample on the fastest plant which is close to ready with 20/25% of amber, the 3 others have just started to milk evenly.
this sample should be testable 4 days later (without any cure, just dry enough to be vaped or smoked.
i hope the taste will not suffer too much from the non cure, i'm doing a real flush of more than 10 dayz, then taste should be clean even with fresh chlorophyl inside.
have a nice sticky day Crawdaddy.

hey friends, yesterday i forgot that i had uploading pics on another window and i closed my netbook before to name them , then i have all to restart and wait...
pics are around 4 to 5Mo, then it takes a big time to upload 20/25 of them ...!!
resin production is increasing on some plant and the Hawaiian is making "PEAS" with every calix, as i told you earlier on the thread.
i guess i'll not foliar feed Kate any more, she had enough to finish well, just when i see her i can be sure she had enough.
i can't wait to sample a bud from her!!!!! she needs 3 weeks more to be perfect and she will have this 3 weeks of flush.
pure clean Hazy taste to come !!!!
i'll make a real smoke report soon after the cure.

i wish you all a nice sticky day among your favourite babes.

Thanks for the info and that is exactly what I was wondering. I think I have been underfeeding too with a accidental burn with N in the middle of everything. I am starting a flush on one girl today myself so her end is near.

:high-five:

Bob ;)

first three are a very under-bud/bottom-bud of a moby dick, resin coverage is amazing for me, even on dark sites budz.
i really thank dinafem and think about to order 10 moby fems soon.
this strain has much to give Imo. we need to know better each other to reach some huge yields, not far from now i guess...:cheesygrinsmiley:

the last picture is from the most indica shaped pheno of Moby, the one which gives the less yield but smell like some too much ripen cherries. it reminds me the smell of some AK47 an old friend of mine grown for a couple years.
i've smoked a weed with that smell in Canada too, years ago but don't know which strain it was at all...
i'm pretty lucky and happy with this first run with your help and wonderful encouragements.
