EastCoastGhost Does Multiple Strains From Cropking - Coco - PS COB

Looking good. You should ask @newty about lolipopping. She is very aggressive at defoliation and has some great results. I generally start clearing the under brush right about initiation of bloom and try to keep up with it during stretch. I'm by no means an expert on this and just do what I do to open up the plant.

Ok I just saw your question. I lollipop when my plants quit stretching. Usually between 17-23 days. I can tell when they are about to stop because they drink way less. If you wait until your plant completes stretch and then stress her out, she will be fine.

I’m currently testing to see if this really matters in my current Grow. I have 2 clones, same age, same plant. I lollipoped 1 plant after stretch as usual and the other 1 I did half way through or Day 12 of flower (mid-stretch). Both responded well and recovered the next day. I’ll see at the end who’s got bigger nugs, right now they are the same! Good luck

Cheers

I do a big defol a week before flip and that's when I take all my lowers. Gives them a bit to adjust. Then right at 21 days after flip I do another big defol and then it's just pecking at it from there till harvest
Yep what Derby said:)

Thanks @Troy01

If you want a break down, let me know, I have a couple defoil videos on my thread
Thanks y'all, I appreciate the feedback. I will go check them videos out Newty. The two GC I done lst on last night are responding to the training really good. Its only been about 7hrs since the lst and the branches have already turned back towards the light. I will get a couple pics of the two I done the training on once lights come back on.✌️

That is a interesting test. I will have to follow along to see what happens lol. I appreciate the feedback.✌️

Fed everything at 600ppm today and they all are doing really well. The branch I snapped on the GC is still going strong and growing with the rest so I got lucky on that one lol. The Crown Royale are exploding right now also. I looked in on them this morning and was like damn, them CR are on fire lol. I have a question for y'all, when do you start feeding multiple times daily? I was thinking in flower sometime considering I'm only vegging most of them for 32 days, give them time to fill those three gallon pots up with some nice roots, what do y'all think?✌️

Sounds great! I was going to say if the branch didn’t die over night it’s golden! I’ve lost a few and saved a few;)

600 ppm sounds good at that stage, personally I wouldn’t feed them multiple times a day. What I do is make a big batch (5g) at the beginning of the week and feed/water them that everyday 2 x a day (I’m in coco) and when the bucket is half way, I fill it up with just water. This lasts the week usually. Basically if you feed them over and over they will eat and eat then get too full and you might deal with salt build up and lockout...I learned the hard way. “Less is more” ;)

My 2 cents anyways

Another thing I was wondering about, do I use great white all through flower or stop after the stretch

Thanks alot for the advice Newty. I definitely don't want lockout or salt build up lol. How much runoff do you normally get each feeding?✌️

I done a little bit of trimming on the two SSH cause it was getting hard to feed with the pipe cleaners in the way plus the leaves in between lol. I didn't take alot and I only took the ones that will come off anyway when lollipopping. It made it alot easier to feed, hopefully they don't stress much.✌️

Thats gonna be a tonne of bud once those girls are ready to be chopped! Your pipe cleaner splint/cast looks like it did the job well! I like the way you are trying all the shit I'm gonna be asking about in another month... lol!

I don’t use the great white or mychorrizae after flip, it’s just a waste in my opinion.

After flip, I start watering 2 x a day. I usually water to run off (about half cup) in the morning and then almost run off about 2-3 hours before bed.

Also I would suggest lowering your ppm by half after any heavy defoil. Less leaves need less food. Just for a couple days;)
Thanks Newty, I was wondering about the Great White so that's good to know. ✌️
