Sorry for the late reply. Yes I’ve done stem splitting few times before. (3x NL Scrog journal & Cloning journal more about them)
Only thing is I’ve usually harvested them like 2-4 days after doing the split.
So haven’t seen nothing special. NL #3 pheno (it was photo) had stem splitted for ~4 days before I chopped her and only thing noticed the nugs had slightly more resin on top of them compared to two other phenos.
I’ve the TD auto in mini DWC main-lined, which is perfect shape for the stem splitting at the end. Follow (LOL I’m actually asking
) my TD journal and you’ll find out later.

Don’t worry the whole growth was pretty straight forward. Only issue were during the flowering as it was lacking Mg and I fed little too much K.
Yuh I already harvested the soil plant (little early tho) but PP smoke is damn amazing! As its described ”one punch to head and one to the body”
But this DWC plant seem to be whole diffrent pheno. The amount of resin on this plant, was just amazing… Ive only smoked some quick dried larf as Ive snipped sum off during the growth.
Tonight I’ll smoke couple samples of this new PP

Last night was sucha trimming operation. I’ll be doing the 2nd trim before I jar them.
So whats the catch???
- 185g (6.5oz) Larf/popcorns wet weight
Most of the larfs will be used to make hash. And I might actually cure some of the better popcorns. I was thinking to jar some of the larfs after 48-72hrs. Might be little tricky at the begining with high RH. But the reason behind that is to make them more tighter, as they’re…well you know larf..
- 570g (20oz) the rest/bigger nugs wet weight!!!
Only the very top nugs got like really dense. But I’m more than happy with this!
So total wet weight is:
755g (~26oz) 
Minus sticks and rest of the trim I’m hoping for about 200-250g (~8oz) DRY! If I manage to get three hunnit / 10oz dry I’ll be buying a second TS 1000
- 190g wet trim & almost full plastic bag of leaves
Trimmings as well will be used for the bubble hash. I’m having 2 full plastic bags of leaves (prev PP and BBK) also. That is a shit loads of leaves and thought I’ll make butter of it

Most of the bigger nugs hanging upside down from the stems and popcorns/larfs are between couple news papers.
Bathroom window slightly opened the temp is between 18-20C and brought the humidifier there to maintain ~50% RH.

With this catch I could lay low for the next couple months, but Verbalists garden never ends! Harvest all year round.
Tomorrow I’ll dump the photos before the chop and more about the new GG seedlings as I had to do little surgerys with them.
