Dutch Does Hindu Kush In Promix HP

She has been chopped, after being in the flower room for 74 days. Sad to say I did not grab any pictures, I was busy with spraying some GA3 on my Pink Lemonade tonight. I am documenting this effort in my other journal; The Lemonade Stand. Come on over for the shenanigans if you aren’t already!!

The Hindu Kush buds were chunky, stinky, and covered in sticky trichs. I will post pictures and weights in the coming days.
:Namaste:

Congrats on the harvest :yahoo: Hindu Kush will be one of my next seed purchases once I've made a dent in the current seed stash:laughtwo: Yours look great. ICE is another I like the sound of.
Thanks, VetSmoke. I’m happy with how she turned out.
Oh I have had my eye on some ICE, and ICED Grapefruit for a while now. It looks fun to grow.
I'll believe it when I see it... :nomo:

Yep...she's dead!
Congrats on a successful grow, and a great harvest, DAB..:goodjob:

I see some more gummies in my future.
Sorted! And nice use of the tomato cage. :thumb:
I use what’s available! I have plans to put hanging bars in that old fridge to use as a drying cabinet, but have yet to get that far, and this works for now.

Can confirm it is his!

It sure is airy! It sent up a few bubbles after it’s last feeding, it was neat to watch them as the water soaked in

No, nothing was added to the pro mix, we have a large pile of chicken and horse manure composting, but I am hesitant to add it as I am positive it would introduce all sorts of bugs into the grow rooms. I may need to start a separate pile somewhere!

Oh those do look dark and frosty!
Mega crop does seem to be what everybody is using on here these days huh? I’ll have to keep my eye out for it.
Speaking of manure....I made some cow manure tea; haven't used it yet...think I'll wait til it goes into flower...any comments?

Ohhh tasty!! Keep an eye out for an excess of nitrogen using that in flower, it might be too rich. (Dark green coloured leaves and droopy fan leaf tips)
What strains and medium do you have them growing in, Kitten?

The first ones that'll be ready are "8 miles high", then B. Kush, and 2 ???....they came from a friend, which came from a friend in Col.-----and these look like they're going to be 2nd in receiving nutes (I'm really excited about them because of the growth on them just in the past 2 days!!! Just wish I knew the strain so I could do some more research! Started off with FFOF, then when I uppotted started using nutes & LST (after watching one of SHED'S journals) Ever heard of 8 miles high? That's when I first came into 420; got alot of info. from FUDO......he was SOOOOO much help....and Shed, Emylia, and PC Addict! 420 is really helpful! But anyway, he'd never heard of it. But the seeds had already been ordered,.....so I got to try them out!

Another idea....tomato cage!!!!! Seems like anytime I walk around anywhere, I'm imagining in my mind how I can use different things for my grow!
Just keeping it simple!!
Nice harvest DAB! And a wonderful touch with the "proof of death"
Thanks, Rexer! Not near my personal best, but it should hold me over until the Pink Lemonade is done!

It’s 4:20 somewhere. :passitleft:

Didn't think about he nitrogen....may give it to them when they're vegging then....ever used any molasses?
I had the same thought as DAB about fresh manure and nitrogen. Any time you use horse or cow manure in compost it needs to be cooked for a long time to keep it from burning the roots with nitrogen. Not an organic grower but I think teas are made from already cooked compost.

Molasses is used to feed the bacterial herd in the soil rather than the plants. It has few micronutrients but the plants are not the main target of molasses.

Thanks Shed, I've had it cooking for 2 yrs. Then started the tea steeping back when the virus first hit. BUT...do what about the molasses?????.... I was under the impression that it was used to make the buds stickier. SO... when do I use it or should I....lol...I'm not into feeding bacteria...or do u still have bacteria when your plants are looking so good????

Organic soil grows use bacteria (microbes) in the soil to break down the nutrients and make them accessible to the plants. If there's no bacteria in your soil then you would need to be feeding the plant nutrients. Molasses is just another thing that microbes eat so some folks recommend using it in living organic soil (LOS) grows.

This guy disagrees!
