How accurate is it? I assume you're using that number to verify the success of a flush or to assess feeding needs? Anyways, I'm sure it's all in here somewhere but I figured I would just ask...

Hey Trig how it goes my bud. Time heals,teaches,and strengthens.
I only check run off if something looks off or if I'm flushing. I have ran r.o. water through a pot of fresh ffof to check ppms and it was at 600ppms and a p.h. of 6.7 .
I use blue lab instruments calibrate often.

Thanks Skunny lad. For my first flux not to shabby. I just wish i would have let her get taller, shes only about a foot tall and done with her strech. I have promised myself a bubblelicious Dwc flux maybe with some a.n. line up.

Hey bud what's the good word. All is well brother another easy peasy friedday. Taking the son fishing and if the weather permits maybe a campout.
 
Hell yeah:).....Your the good word my brother:)......whatcha gonna fish for....or whatever bites?:)......we used to go to ponds on the military bases when i was growing up.....would pack sandwiches and snacks and spend the whole day out there....have a little fire and fish.....threw most back as they were bass and we didnt like the taste of bass.....to fishy:)lol....but catfish....oh yeah....ate the hell out of some fresh catfish:)lol......then we started flounder gigging and that became the new fish of choice:) but i still love me some fried catfish:)
enjoy the time with your boy while you can my friend....before you know it they are grown up and on thier own:(.......i love mine and LB's time now but i cant deny i miss having my boys around to do Manly stuff with:)....now i am surrounded by women:)lol.....i am thinking of taking up knitting:rofl:

All is well brother. Gonna start a new job tho. About time I grow up and get a real job LOL. Don't know how its gonna go but a steady pay check sounds good at this point.
 
Good morning Dusty, it sounds like you had fun with the fishes :) I was round at one of my buddies yesterday & he's addicted to fishing, so much so, he wants to use an oz of bud to make oil & use it as bait for carp :thedoubletake:

The day was great brother. That's an addiction man LOL.
Stoped by and had some Chinese food late last night, and I woke to my stomach feeling like a dojo full of tiny ninjas in full battle.
On a better note whilst on the old throne I ordered up that A.N. I was telling you about, got a whole lots coming: ).
 
Many a great decision was made on the throne Dusty :thumb: I can't wait to see how you get on with it all :)
I was entertaining the idea of trying a bottle of Bud Factor X when I went shopping yesterday, but the price flattened the idea. I opted for my old favourite, Big Bud powder coz it lasts for ages. Maybe next time :)

OMG! carp bait? There are a thousand recipes for dough balls and stuff for catching carp... I'd hate to see good weed used for such a thing. I've spent many hours trolling for walleye & strippers and never once put any of my bud on the hook. :)
