Hey everyone,...busy day today, getting ready for the week. All the regular stuff, plus i mixed up a kit's worth of first run. I'm gonna throw up some pics a little later tonight , but for now , a few pics of the 'mixing hour', . All you guys that have seen this , excuse me...this is for the one's wondering how we might mix up a batch in our own basement , very effective , fast , thorough and clean up time is minimal. All ya need is an area of clear floor space...spread out one of these cheap , blue tarps, and use a flat shovel, mine is aluminum, nice to work with , and cleans up good in the laundry room sink. OK , i'm a little lax at labeling all the pics...bad for that....anyhow i had to weigh up 1, 1/2 pounds of Doc's amendment, from a bulk order. If ya do it this way don't forget to mix it all up real good before ya scoop it out to be weighed. All the fine rock powders and other lil goodies get evenly distributed. Put a shot in here of the Wiggle Worm EWC that us DBHBB users prefer to use. I'm using two, 15 pound bags for this first run mix. Using the tarp is so cool to use cuz your able to control where it all is ...ya just lift the tarp to move it around and keep things nice and tidy during the hour it takes.
