Thanks Major,,,but when i seen the list of nominated members...i picked the winner...and it wasn't me...
I'm totally OK with that...i truly am honored to be even noticed for such a high achievement. Anyhow , i'l keep to the reg. threads today , and keep doing what i do bud...cheers to ya and thanks for the "get up" Major!:Namaste::circle-of-love:

Hey Nis...and Canna...what strain you guys got now and are smoking or still growing that you would say hits the hardest or is the most potent, just curious is all!:cheesygrinsmiley:
I'll be honest with ya, it all depends on what we are going for. That early miss is a great even stone and tastes amazing. We vaped it yesterday and the flavors were off the charts! That fruit punch yesterday...3 hits and I was done lol. Canna likes the couch lock all the time and I like the more active high. So the Super silver haze will be perfect for my likings as well as the carnival. But am looking forward to running the HSO Blue dream in the kit as it is my all time favorite strain. What about you bud? :lot-o-toke:

With me i'm a pure taste kind of guy and really enjoy produce that taste's great. So far this KK is the tastiest, most potent, hardest hitting , most rewarding strain i've grown to date...except for maybe the MK-Ultra ...that comes in at a close second. cheers eh!:circle-of-love:

How much did you pull off of the MK Ultra from your last journal? What's it taste like? I'm totally interested! :namaste:

I grew the MK-Ultra five times i believe. When i did just two of em..in my same GR ,..i pulled in over 25.5 z's from the two. If i was to grow them again i know i could better those numbers as i now have the light to do it! I'm having difficulty topping that with four plants now. Seems my GR yield is limited to space , and i always get between 20 -25 z's outta this lil room. The Mk is a very tasty strain ...if ya like OG flavors and growing a VERY dominate strain in the GR...then grow it...you will NOT be disappointed ...one lil bit! it's a cross between OG kush and G13...very stable and potent genetics. As far as i remember their were three phenos....all three had something nice to offer , but one in particular came thru as my fav. of the three....it just tasted the best is all. The other two were just as potent but i liked the taste of the one pheno the best.cheers eh!:high-five:

That room pulls a pound and half?! We must be doing something wrong?! :surrender:

There is a learning curve to working with older, and larger plants. It works well for me because of a 4 plant restriction on flowering plants. I am currently trying to keep two plants flowering in 15 gallon plastic pots and one in a whisky barrel. The room is very close to the size of duggan's. I am vegging, mixing, and storing things in what is left of a 10X12 room. That lets me run perpetual.

You do need to pick a strain that you can train outwardly and is naturally a large plant.

Best

Oh yes...you are soo correct Canyon. C & N have the skills and room to get bigger yields...and they will, but for me i'm forced to get the most out of them each and every time , where as they C & N are not under the pressure that i am. If they were they would maximize their yield just like me . Good call though Canyon....good call!. Cheers and have a great Sunday .:thumb::Namaste:
Hey gang...a lil cooler out eh...nice !:thumb:

I can consistently pull those weights with my less than ideal lighting(alright...somewhat laughable!...lolool)...in a 8X8 room...with that being said...it is usually a dozen plants or so(so many strains...so little time!...lolool)...which becomes a jungle...and leads to not much training...and a PITA to werk with...I have witnessed...Less can be More...in my own grows...think I'm finally letting it sink in...lolool...I know I can pull 2 #'s out of my room given my current methods...butt...been following you HB guys and your results...very impressive!!...I have been scoping out some LED's as well and really interested in Docs HB...cutting down to half the plants and similar harvests is quite appealing...not to mention a much more accessible working area...question I have to you or anyone who has a winter climate, who only does 1 grow...are there any considerations for HB soil over the winter(think 30 or 40 below 0)...will it winter well outside or need a perk in the spring in these conditions?...Cheerz!...and looking good duggan!!...h00k...

High Brix soil will winter well and yes, it will need a bit of perking up in the spring. Usually a single drenching with Tea in a hose end sprayer is perfect for smaller plots.

Are you thinking of leaving Promix outdoors over winter? Or are you wondering about native soil?

800g in 4x4 every 80 days under 1050 watt bare bulb from clone is where my standard is set. I've noticed 4, #5 are good to hit 200g plants. Last few of mine were over 200g. I've been watching RTK.

Cheers

Thanks Doc!...I traditionally empty my pots into the vegetable gardens and renew my grow soil every season...and the veggies luv it...considering 3 run's per HB...just wondering the best way to maintain soil integrity with harsh climate swings...also curious bout' shipping north of the 49th parallel? should I pursue this next season...Gracias!...h00k...
