Duggan Does Kosher Kush With DBHBB: 4 Plants, Two Pots, Lots Of LEDs!

Positive thoughts Duggs for your lady, and congrats on the FF2 my man! I like the ability to change out the herb so easily with the FF. I get bored after a few hits and want something different. I also like how you can take a puff and just leave it for later with no wasted herb. I am also stoked that my FF1 batteries will still work in the FF2 if I get one.

Shiggs...thanks for the kind words to Marilyn. Ya, the FF#2 should be on your radar bud...lots of good points as you mentioned. The FF#1 battery is the same but with the FF#2 battery they kept everything the same but now manufacture it better , in a better facility. I'm enjoying the unit...it's pretty slick...has a lot of cool features that I like. Loading is fast, cleaning is very fast and easy, battery life is plenty long enough, and the vapor taste's fantastic.Have an awesome night my brotha!:high-five:

And my favorite thing is that a firefly is intuitive to anyone that has smoked a bowl. I keep my bowl ritual, even down to the glowing bowl. I even pop the brown bud leftovers the same way, by tapping it against my palm over a collection jar.

Best luck to Marilyn! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you two.

Dang Shiggs,
It was bound to happen. We disagree!! (Clutch the pearls!):thedoubletake:
The FF is far from intuitive imho.

When the FF is handed to anyone for the 1st time, an explanation of how to use it for best performance usually precedes.

Cmon bro...you know what I'm saying, its a great unit no doubt but I also use my Mighty with a water bong and whip with my herbs and concentrates.

Once you see the vapor fill the chamber and the amount of huge clouds, you will agree. The Mighty is a mighty fine vapor producer. I would post a link but I don't want to get my hands smacked. If you search on Mighty water pipe attachment you will see what I mean.:reading420magazine:

Yo Canad420...Help your man out here! The Firefly owners have me outnumbered!

With My firefly all I tell someone is to push the button until it glows then slow draw while holding it down. Let go of the button and draw for 3 -5 more seconds. Works every time. I don't want to have a handheld vape that has conduction as one of the heating methods. I like to be able to put it down and then pick it up. The FF1 with a new 770mah battery is a nice cloud producer. The old 750mah battery is a big difference. I am sure the mighty is mighty fine. But I will be headed for the FF2. For a home vape I think I would totally get the Plenty though from S&B. It is a crazy machine but I have heard nothing but good reviews.

Conduction heating is the main thing that kept me away from the MFLB, the Pax, and the Mighty/crafty (they use a convection/conduction mix). Also the size. The mighty is just too big for a walk around vape. I want something I can go to the park with and sneak a quick one then put it back in my pocket.

Yeh Shiggs / Duggan. ...I can dig it. We can agree on the fact that either one of these units are quality appliances and will provide daily use for years with good care. One last shot for ya...My Mighty has replaced my desktop unit (Arizer extreme 4.0 ). Would you say the same of the FF?

I can definitely say that because I have no desktop unit! I hear ya Stage. I am sure that I would love a mighty as well. That's why I am thinking of getting a plenty. the FF fulfills my super portable needs and the Plenty is a mighty on steroids.

My vote is always for the Mighty. I've never actually used a FF but i've done my research on many vapes. I like the speed of the FF's heat up but having to hold buttons and explain to new users how to use it would be a pain in the ass. Just turn it on read the screen (mighty model) and take your drags. Although I will agree with shigs on the bulky mighty being hard to hide while out for a stroll. For me with its hefty price tag, its really the fear of dropping it or having it confiscated. Which is why i'll be purchasing a stealthier vape in the near future. Something like the Grasshopper.

P.S. as for putting it down and picking it back up later. I do this all the time. The mighty auto shuts off after about 60 secs of not being used. I hate this feature sometimes when having a group session, but then when I forget to turn it off and I hear it going off I think to myself, I'm sure i'd forget to turn it off at times where I left the house so i'm glad its there lol.

the old FF takes 10 seconds to explain. I say exactly what I did above. ("With My firefly all I tell someone is to push the button until it glows then slow draw while holding it down. Let go of the button and draw for 3 -5 more seconds. ")The new FF takes less than 2 seconds to heat and has a capacitive button so you don't press you just put your finger there. If I handed someone a FF2 and a mighty with no explanation of how to use them I think the user would figure out the FF2 much more quickly! Open top, add herb, press button, vape. I also like the ability to replace the battery. I am still unsure why S&B went with a non user accessible battery on the mighty, they could have easily just used two 18650s.

Still, I think I would be happy with either one, I am sure if I had bought a mighty first I would be singing it's praises. We are all winners here!

Hey there Stage, Shiggs and Canad420....the only reasons I got the FF#2 instead of the Mighty was three reasons....Mighty is 500 bones + tax and shipping, It has defects issues (according to the "vape critic") and is tooooo big! The FF#2 was cheaper, smaller, faster...and has a brand new designed heating coil(much safer than the normal wire used by most ) It's also an improved version of an already good vape.As far as ease of use....the FF#2 is as easy as it gets and cleans up real nice in less than 30 seconds! If I was to complain of any thing with the FF#2 ,..it would be the bowl is too small for me....I'm a heavy weight though, so,.... Anyhow , like what you's said ...they're all really good machines . For desk top models ...when I did the research and found the new VapiRise 2.0 , I had to have it...it's awesome, Me , Ziggs and others just love it, has so many cool features....you should check it out...has some S & B parts in it too! cheers guys!:circle-of-love:

Hey Duggan! We been keeping the vape loaded for ya..... I knew you would see the banter!
Correct me if I'm wrong Shiggs / Duggan....when you guys say FF2 are you guys saying you own 2 FF models?

Hey stage....I'm a vote for the mighty.......you can set the temp to what ever you want like a volcano desktop......the battery seems to last around 5-6 bowls which I would say I'm a heavy hitter as well and can take 12-15 huge drags from a bowl.....another plus is you can plug it in to charge via 110v and use it while it's plugged in......as far as the drawbacks.....it would b the size....it's slightly smaller than a 2x4 with radius edges.....lol. But it's not like we use it in public anyway.....i mean you could take it out for a drive and no one would be the wiser passing bye......anyway like duggs said a lot of quality products out now.......I just suppose I like the German engineering.......:passitleft:

Oh yeah I realiz duggs is in Canada but I picked my mighty up for 350 shipped......

Edit hey shiggs, all ya have to do with the might is turn it on.....I believe the default temp when new is 350.... I moved mine to 375 and it warms to that temp when turned on......it does like ya say take about 90 seconds to heat up but the temp rises visually on the meter so it's like waiting for a microwave just going the wrong way.....l:)

Are there any smells on the exhale with the vapir rise 2.0? I just ordered one cuz I'm tired of going outside to smoke lol
