I'm with all of you, totally disgusted with what they want to do for the legal market in their interests, against how perfect the legal system is working for those in need for the medical community....let the gov't in to totally fuck up and throw a wrench into the system................

That's the problem with our human race as a whole, once money and power are at stake ,the corrosive effects of corruption set in, and people that once stood together to legalize and decriminalize, turn on each other. Those who have interests in large, State approved factory grow ops, will always want people like us out of the way. It's the natural compromised human response, and expected. Duggan stated "I knew it". Well I'm wise enough to know it too. This legal to grow State I live in will be short lived. There is a great divide amongst us legalization folks.

The sad part about legalization in CA is that there are only a few cities allowing recreational sales come Jan 1. Politician's cand decide what to do.. When my state voted for legalization (which has gone to shit since then) they didnt care that some penalties would be worse than before. Before the vote anything up to 5 plants was a civil offense and anything under 100 was a misdemeanor. 100 or above would be a felony. After legalization any more than 6 flowering plants per person can be a felony charge. I argued this point before the vote and had a supporter tell me "Noone needs to grow 99 plants though, 6 is more than enough". What sort of thinking is that? i dont give a damn if anyone needs to grow 99 plants that isnt the point. The point is before the vote it took 100 plants to get a felony charge for cultivation, after "legalization" it takes 7. Somehow people are ok with that. They get spoon fed the idea that it is ok to lose a right or part of a right so long as they get something minor in return.

People educated in compliance based, rule-following, cookie-cutter public schools think Freedom is what the government allows us to do, and that Liberty and permission are the same thing.

That's the problem.

It all starts when they tell kids they intelligence level is based on how well they can reiterate "facts" which are the teachers opinions, and they teach what the people paying them tell them to...

Then as they age the kids are so well conditioned that they never look around or question any thing so long as they have an I pad in front of them.... their truths become what the teacher says and what social media tells them. They don't explore or research. There is no longer due diligence or fact checking. If the internet says so it must be true .

Great morning to you D, J and all the gang. have been very busy lately and i have the boys this weekend with another hockey game coming right up at noon today. Will be sure to get some pics tonight of the girls ,..they are growing fast and looking good.
I wanna say , what a great conversation about a very lively topic,..thank you all so much for your views on it. Good morning dugg's yeah, she is doing much better, the biopsy came back benign, so no cancer. The node was swollen so much that all research said that one that size as well as other lymph nodes elsewhere were swollen is usually lymphoma cancer, she even had the night sweats to go along with it. Thankfully its not. The surgery was risky because it was pressing against her jugular. Besides a nasty scar on her neck she fully recovered.

Yea man. good info, i am with yuz guys. Ya made me look up what the law is in my town cause I forget what it was. I went legalio in feb 2015.
So, just for me, I get 6 total plants, three in flower and for my home of 2 people I get 12 plants with max 6 in flower. also 2 oz which I can gift one oz to someone, not-for-profit transaction. Looks like hash and concentrates are sched 2. And penalties are pretty harsh if ya go beyond the limits

Now these past yrs. people have become more educated and are beginning to learn ....but it takes time .
