Morning Duggs! Just a thought on future big saucers. I was thinking about using the plastic drain pan that goes under a water heater. They are cheap compared to a comparable planter saucer and they come with a threaded drain connection if ya need to get rid of some run off.

Then we closed the day with a home viewing of "Annie" because I made the mistake of mentioning I'd never seen it. They could recite every line. LOL! I'm not really one for movies, so it's been a long day.

I have to agree with Graytail. Those final shots are stunning Duggan. The leaves have such a lovely sheen to them. I can just see you beaming with pride as they take off.
I'm glad you had such a great start to the new year. Time with loved ones is the best way to start the new year, eh? I had a blast today, in the company of all of my friend's granddaughters, all six of them along with her 5 yr-old grandson. That's a lot of little girls full of giggles and singing and generally making lots of delightful noise. They dragged me to see "Alvin and the Chipmunks ". You haven't truly lived until you sit through a movie that bad with children who love every minute of it.
So thankful for the absolute quiet as they all sleep. Everyone here is asleep but me. I'm still up half the night. Some habits refuse to change.
I've been insistent that I need to get back to growing, and she won't let that happen here, so I must be home by the end of the first week in February at the very latest. Her response yesterday was "But you told me I could keep you as long as I wanted." That made me laugh, but it also made me stop and think about that failure to renew the departure date.
Your plants are looking great Duggs. I love the big fat leaves on the MLI's. I bet that is going to be some incredible smoke.
Susan....wow girl...when you visit a friend, you don't mess around! You have given your people a taste of joy they like! They want you to stay....it's like a friggen movie eh! Don't leave Sue....please don't leave us....your soo sweet ,, sweet sue!She let my return ticket expire without a renewed date Duggan. It's supposed to be the end of the month. I think I'm going to have to be forceful. She's becoming addicted to my presence and positive energy. Her family doesn't support her the way I do.
Four to five more weeks to go. Keeping up with the grows here will keep me sane.
