Hey I'm gonna make a video of my greenhouse and garden if I shoot you a link via email could you make some suggestions I'm new to veggies so all the help I can get I'd appreciate
 
I wonder how a really high brix carrot would taste....my youngest only eats them raw....doesn't like em soft ,cooked.Just wondering....have a great day Ziggs. Ditto your thoughts on Dutty! He's a pro, so he's got to do what works.

High Brix carrots taste sweet, like carrot-flavored candy. You should try a high brix yam, or sweet potato.....

Here's a simple Uruguayan recipe:

2 HB potatoes
3 HB carrots
1 HB onion
3 cloves of HB garlic
1 link of Spanish Chorizo, chopped at an angle, casing removed.
Drizzle of olive oil
Smoked Paprika, Salt, pepper

Dice it up, put it in a glazed clay baking dish in the oven till done. I like it when it the top layer is a tad crispy.

This dish with HB produce is kinda sorta almost a dessert.....except the savory flavor of the chorizo and paprika give it another dimension. Without all the extra sugar in the carrot and onion it's just another baked potato thing, but with all the sugar it takes on another meaning altogether.

Serve it alongside a giant cut of grass fed beef.

Rec is a big danm silly deal. I'm in a true state of limbo and don't like that unstable ground. If rec fails I'll lower count to 60 and register medical. Currently I have 6 licenses and stay under plant count. Since I can't leave or move to far with 3 year old I may consider Oregon as well


As for the perceptions people think of me this is what I have to say
I'm not closed minded but won't waste time when my livelihood and family are on the line.
I'm a dick at times in real life but more here.
I've grown up in the entertainment industry and well it's rubbed off on me so some of that perceived cockiness is earned and just who I am.

I love learning once you stop you start dieing ,many of you can teach me so much. But I do have a bottom line on mmj so take it as it is. I love growing and it's not all about money but my personal time taken away from my wife and daughter is about money same goes for my music passion

CannaPeanutButter(or any nut butter) Chocolate Fudge Recipe w/Pics


1 Cup CannaButter
1 Cup favorite Peanut Butter, Nutella, Nut Butter
4 Cups Powdered(10x, Confectioner's) Sugar
1 TBL CannaVanilla or Vanilla Extract
1-2 Cups Real Choc. Chips
8'x8' Square pan, lined with parchment or wax paper


Melt cannabutter and peanut butter together, stir, while heating over low.
Add Chocolate Chips, stir
Add CannaVanilla, or Vanilla, stir
Mix in Powdered Sugar. stir well
-Will look like thick cake batter, cookie dough

pour into pan, place in freezer for 30-45 min emove cut into squares..

SWICK #1 doing well..The Bubblegum(3) plants are really super sweet..almost like strawberry gum flavor..other plants,Unknowns, in SWICK smell strong too...lemon, pine, fruity, :thumb:


Added 1 gallon H20 to SWICK #2, Will replace 4 ungerminated pots with the 4 I do have not in SWICK

Starting more seeds today..
 
Morning Ziggy. :Love: That fudge gave me some ideas. Wow! Lavender & Lemon fudge just popped in there! Ooooo, lavender cookies. Ever try them? I have a recipe, if you'd like. Best with fresh lavender leaves.

Ziggy, I have a particularly lanky seedling. Is it acceptable to add more soil? I think I saw you do that once, but I'm really short on time this morning. Thanks. :hugs:

There seems to be enough interest ,so i'm gonna break out the bags and show my methods ,tricks .and ideas on how to make 100% full melting hash. Iv'e got some crap to do before i can get to that but sometime today it'l happen. I don't have time to spread the word so posting here and on my thread ...hopefully enough of the gang will be aware of me doing it and check it out. No time to visit all the Gang's journals today so help me out a lil would ya and spread the word so we can all see how it's done ....thanks Ziggs.:Namaste:
