Drying harvest

I screwed up the blue cookies horribly last harvest but this time around there like the other 3 more fuller resiny and this strain specific armoa coming off really hard. The taste is good through n through before on these strains i never got them to this point cept the ak kinda. I do taste overwhelming terpines but i imagine if its cured 4 to 6 weeks this stuff would be at the bottom of top shelf. Im not going to have to buy anymore if i can keep this up . By no means are these trees the best but theyre awesome for me lol so stoked . Its funny too i just recently got back on 420 mag few months ago and i see my garden doing so much better.

So jar from yesterday still around 56-58rh .i trimmed the rest it's been 2-3 hours that it has been in jars humididty is again around 56-58rh (keep in mind I have boveda 62rh size 8gram in there) . They smell beautiful that's for sure. Is this something I should worry ?? Did I over drie? Is that a good rh? But from what have read and know it should be around 62rh. Should I leave jars close and see if it rises?? Any suggestions please
If jars open it wont read the rh right. 56 58 after a night of being closed is kinda odd. Like this stem of blue cookies. If i bite into the stem im still getting moisture. That moisture wicks back into the flowers. If the smells still there and the buds are dry but not crisp after being in the jar overnight you should be ok they make the bovedas in 58 too some people prefer that. Im 100% certain your buds arent bone dry and im fairly certain theres still moisture in em. Have you tried smoking a denser piece to see if it burns wet still? I smoke a popcorn and then denser piece to figure it out cause i seperate big buds from small buds. This is the stem of the blue cookies and the other 2 jars of buds from the 2 strains so far bc wont be all trimmed till tonight. The boveda will kick it to where its gotta be. I notice reused bovedas work but they dont always work at the engineered rh usually 2 or 3 points up.i seperate big from small. Helps deter me from messing with my big buds too much hehe.. and also helps me to cure a bit better csuse i can play a tiny bit with the small stuff and know how to handle its bigger buds.

Alao if rh is low definately keep jars closed. U only keep em open for awhile if there still wet. Some people if its too wet after trimming will brown bag their buds and burp a few days like that 1 or 2 days mostly it dries out too quick in their but im gonna only hang dry . Was wstching a few vids on big 16k square foot commercial grows and they do the same thing were doing. Hang for 7-14 days at 55 rh and 72 degrees. Their buds look hella dry but it comes out top shelf. Clandest8ne gardens in california.

That's the funny part . They don't feel that dry like over dried them as you said it inbrskena big nug i can feel the little moisture is left in it. Also i smoke some it hit nice with nice flavors still a little little bit of harshness left with nothing will go away with the cure. Also cut some thick stalks inhad and put it in the jara. I will check when I go home

Quite possibly. But yea ac blowing air into a drying tent would worry me its drying quicker then it should but ill tell you what bro. I bet those buds are like 10x better then ur last ones and anything that got jarred wet. When we grow pot we keep reading about how people kinda stress during the harvest on dry n cure for good reason . For a 2nd all time grow bro your buds look amazing. Its gonna take a second to pinpoint what does what in a dry room . Think you may have realized something about an air conditioner. Goodness this blue cookies is strong. But yea man show us some pics bro of the trimmed bud maybe too. Is it gooey dense . Like when u touch it is resin sticking to ur fingers and ur bud sticks to ur finger with a light press? If its spongy it wont stick. If its dry dry the crystals dry up too and wont stick. Stick is the key lol im guessin. When you hit it. Are you sensing anything off. I smoked alot of weed and csn kinda tell whats what heh. But yea man i smoke alot so i can test it a bit. I cant see how those buds arent gonna be anything but dank fire. Better to over dry imo then to jar hay . And when they say it loses its smell in the jar and curing brings it back... im not so sure if the weeds got to the point it smells like hay maybe strain specific details for that strain does that or maybe not. Im definately no expert lol alot of the people on these forums are though . Im sure those buds are gonna come out dank.

No it was sticky. and its sticking a little bit together when I go to shake jar. Again only issue is rh in jar is a little low . But as they say don't fix ehats not broken I guess I'll wait and see. If I dry without ac temperatures would be around 70-75F would that be fine ?? And yes definitely better then first grow . I been smoking for 14 years and I am picky about my weed and I will say that I will have no problem smoking this. Especially my cataract kush and peyote critical. Also I think the other 2 where chopped a little early because i had nute lock and my soil got a little messed up so I think that's a factor to.
Ya i was wonderingnwhy you was worried nah brother your harvest went great. I wouldnt worry too . Im on my last platter of 9 pound to trim and i know i said it bout the other 2 but this blue cookies is badass lol. Ya nah man your good. Id just burp like usuall . Im not 100% sure if youd burp the same way if the rh is a bit lower then what your comfy with but i imagine the 1st week or 2 your still gonna have to be really on burpin. I did notice bad weed got a bit better after a longer cure. So imagine thhis good weed is gonna get even better after at least 2 or 3 weeks in jar. Im hoping that my other ladies in flower finish within a few weeks so i can try to save some of this for a cure heh. Did you grow all that from seed?

Yes all from seed. I'm starting new grow now with 2 strawberry amnesia in a 4x4x7 with 600hps and 1 Skywalker og in my new tent I got lol 3x3x7 with 300 watt htg led light . And for some reason 1 plant of strawberry amnesia now is about 6 inches tall leaves look good but it fell down like its week . And the other 2 look like they have a thin stem first time starting in an led but they are not benting . Any ideas.lol sorry I know I'm going of topic..

Did I over water ?? Because with hps the heat is higher and this are under the led maybe wa water is bot evaporating as ting quick 3enough I watered like 2 days ago and top soil looks a little wet but cups feel lite

Dj shorts blue actually looking kinda different this round ive had a few bad experiences with this 1 but i bet it just takes a bit more skill to grow it out better but it looks better this go around for sure but im not smelling an overwhelming resin smell from it but does smell like blueberry. It just stays so short for names sake maybe that last pic is a mystery but maybe 9 pound. Or mysterybweed not sure atm. But it picked up some dericiency looks like i over watered. Gonna let that pot dry out ill make hash with it if need be. Rest look great . Should be 2 3 weeks

Was thinkingnof the led ya.. hmm i dont use leds i use much for led but im transitioning my vege towards it. I notice t5s prolly hotter then leds id imagine. How far you got the light 12 inches? And since a seedling you definately dont want any heavy air hitting it. How long since they popped? growing slow? dont seem like enough vigor in it yet? I got a few seeds from some top shelf ounces im growing right now. I cut the red solo cup in half and only watered a tiny bit where only a little bit of run off. I make sure not to give it too much water cause it can rot that little sucker heh. Its just a little 1 right now. So ya id keep the air from blowing on it and i wouldnt water till you know its dry u can just weigh by picking it up . Dry cups are super light as u know and with just a bit of moisture you can feel the weight. Also whats the temp. I notice they like it a little warm around 70 75 but id research more on seedling temps. Also its so small thats angood idea bracing it up. It might just grow sideways maybe. Almost looks like its not getting enough light but if you put em closer then 12 inches you take a chance of drying em out. Iunno bro im guessing just 12 inches no blowing air on it and 70s . Also if their seedlings id keep the lights on 24 for em but i imagine 18-6 should work? Is it with ur vegging plants? On a 18-6 cycle? Maybe temps are to cool for the little ones?
