I see your perpetual auto grow ... and that is another option for me.

I have only been reading current grow journals ... I'll read a few of the completed journals this week and see what folks do at the end.

I did try a couple of autoflowers from crop king seeds started under 12/12 while the big girls were finishing up and both of them started flowering immediately under that lighting. I ended up culling those two babies you see in a few of my pictures.

It was a bit of an experiment starting those two under the 12/12 the big ones were under. For the record.... CROP KING SEEDS AUTOFLOWERS DONT DO WELL UNDER 12/12 from seed.

FOR ME
Photoperiod plants are easier to grow and more potent because you know when the flowering period started, and TO ME it’s more black and white than guessing with autoflowers. Especially an unlabeled mix pack of autoflowers. Some go 110 days some only go 65. It confuses my feeding and trimming and timing.

So I am starting a new fresh clean grow with the same setup and soil and seed bank just this time I’m going to use cal mag because the Autoflower that I just harvested started showing magnesium deficiencies. I corrected it with epsom salt but it was stressful putting epsom salt in one of my watering. So I got some sensi magic cal mag.

I will also be trying out great white mycorrhizae in the seed hole and watered in a couple times during veg.

I am germinating two new seeds. One blue dream fem and one black indica fem. both will be planted straight into 5 gallon cloth pots filled with straight happy frog soil. 2 week veg then into flower.

I want to start a new journal and put this one in my signature. How do I make this one completed? I’m going to put all the grow details the new one.

I hope everyone here follows along and I’ll be creeping on yalls journals too.

Yeah, the most efficient way to contact the moderators to close a journal is to hit the “Report” button, and just ask for the journal to be moved to completed journals in the comment section. It will get put into the work queue for the mods. Abandoned journals eventually wind up getting closed as well, but only after a certain amount of time and that relies on the mods actively checking up on the abandoned journal first. Best just to let them know through an alert.

I can imagine just how poorly the autoflowers perform under 12-12 ... and that's one of my dilemma's right now. I can flip to 12-12 and run the autoflowers for their last 4 weeks under 12-12 ... or wait for the autoflowers to finish and have 2 photoperiods in veg for 12 weeks, and 2 other photoperiods in veg for 8 weeks.

I am thinking just flip all the plants to 12-12 in 4 weeks and lose a bit of yield on the autoflowers.

The GW Mycorrhizae I ordered shows up in a few weeks ... I hope the GW Mycorrhizae and the Voodoo Juice work as well as they say it does.

Your new grow ... 2 week veg and then into flower ... be careful with that. And just an FYI ... the article I read on the "12-12 from seed" method ... that you are doing ... says that for best results ... to let the plant grow for 3-4 weeks before flipping. It also said the plant won't get pistels until week 3 anyway ... and flipping it before that stresses the plant out.

Here's an actual quote from the article:

"The problem is that seedlings can’t start flowering until they’re 3-4 weeks old no matter what light schedule you give them, so there’s no point in starting right at 12/12 when they’re under 3 weeks old. When you give the plant 3-4 weeks of 18/6, THEN switch to 12/12, you will get far better results because the plant will get more light in those crucial first few weeks and end up much bigger by the time it’s ready to make the switch. "

I've heard of Blue Dream', but I need to look up Black Indica.

I put a tablespoon of epsom salt in one gallon of fertilizer I mixed up for my mystery Autoflower and it seems to have stopped the brown spots from getting worse and then I trimmed the fan leaves that were the most affected.

Just don’t let the girls dry out, keep the fans circulating the air, and you’ll be fine. Remember all these guideline you read about are for pushing the plants for absolute optimal harvest. Most of us can’t provide a perfect environment, but we get by just fine. Heck, if you were growing outside, the plants would be much hotter.

Shit yea my outdoor girls are lookn alil sad today. I need a new ph pen since mine busted half way threw feeding the otherday. I wasnt able 2 get the girls outside fed cause I couldnt adjust the ph to the right setting. So while I'm waiting for it to show up in the mail I gotta let the girls sit n man with it being so hot they are a suffering. I guess since it's still veg it will be good for the roots and they will prolly be jus fine lol.

I would do jus like penny said wait alil while to harvest an look the plant over for nanners/yellow bananas an pluck em if u dnt want seeds. I leave them sometimes to get some auto seeds if I wana continue a certain strain but didnt make any purposely lol. But yea I would let them go for abit if it was me altho that was about 2 weeks ago so they mite be ready by now lol.

In the 3rd pic from the bottom, bottom left of the pic....that yellow spot....maybe examine that closely.

Nice job brother shit those look so amazing I jus love some good bluedream lol. I actually got a stunted blue dream I'll prolly get maybe an oz dry if I'm lucky. But tha5s cause I started her 2 late next 2 a giant pineapple express auto that jus got me 6.14 oz so i guess it's ok lol. But yea i jus got sponsored by fast buds to do my next auto run with docs kit I'll be doing stardawg auto and smoothie auto so cant wait for those fun strains to show up in the mail lol. But yea man congrats on the harvest buds look great what did u get from them weight wise?
