Histamine triggers the inflammatory response. As part of an immune response to foreign pathogens.

Aspartame is a 2 part amino acid of the type that tells the stomach there's a meal coming, so it excretes more acid and makes the cells in the lining of your intestinal tract excrete a stress hormone that prepares the cells for an onslaught of bacteria.

The body dosen't get the meal or onslaught of bacteria and ends up with an over acidified belly

and an excess of histamine in the gut and throat lining

which proceeds to attack your cells instead of bacteria.

Like an allergic response.

So Aspartame is not a poison. The poison is us.

That's the beauty of it.

We are buying their stuff and killing ourselves from the inside out.
