Dr. Strange Bud - How I Quit Worrying And Learned to Love The Medi Bomb

Morning fishy hope you have a good day

nice pics AuGrow, nice to see a bird like that in the wild, we dont see much of that where i live, we get pigeons and crows and seagulls even though we are not near any sea where i live, we get the odd owl at night at a few bats,

very rare we sea birds of prey like that, i got a stuffed buzzard though, dont take much feeding, just sits on top of the fire in his display case, dont make no mess, dont make any noise, problem is he dont move, he stuck to a bit of a branch, its about the closest ill get to a bird of prey in real life,

Not sure I could get along in your general area there Don... I grew up "small town" in the country, most of which is paved and built over and I begin feeling claustrophobic when I must drive to the San Fernando Valley for meds!

I do admire your taste! Few would admit to acquiring a stuffed buzzard, much less using it as décor! Bravo Sir!
:high-five: :goodjob:

Wine shouldnt be stored on its side. The acidic wine can rot the cork and ruin the vintage wine. We have many $500++ bottles of wine and MY GM is always stressed out when someone buys one that has been sitting too long on its side. Ironically, most uppity places with the most expensive wine store wine for presentation...on its side. Synthetci can be stored upsde down for 1000 years with no rot.

Really? First, I'm not trying to disagree or question whether or not you're correct. I'm merely sharing what my understanding has always been...

I've never heard that. I was always told you needed the wine to be in contact with the cork so the cork doesn't dry out. If the cork dries out, it can shrink enough to all air into the bottle. Of course, this is a bad thing! By tipping the bottle, the wine will keep the cork moist and maintain it's seal. You don't have to store them on their sides forever, but it was my understanding that you want to at least tip it periodically to re-hydrate that cork!

This was what I understood as the main advantage of the synthetic bottle stopper over cork stoppers. The synthetics will not dry out, so you can store the bottles vertically. Now I'm confused.

I'm not a wine expert by any means though. I did go through a wine phase for a couple years. I never got into the expensive wines. My interest was to find the bargain wines that I liked. I found several that I really liked that were only $6-7 a bottle on sale, so I would just buy a case when they went on sale. :)

Fish, I asked the question on my thread, but nobody answered, your thread is far more popular so I thought I'm bound to get good advice here! :)

Now that the seeds are in soil, do I keep them under 24 hour light until they break out?

I'd say its preference. Soon as my seeds hit soil they are on there vegging light cycle which for me is 18/6
That is just my preference though

that would be fine Jeff but after they show you will want to have a dark period. roots grow during that time:)

Good friedday Fish and friends. :)
Howdy Spimpy! a fine friedday to you too:)

wow...what if you had 3 pots under there..
if I was growing Blue moonshine it would be just like 3 pots under there. just picked the wrong strains for a scrog this time. but live and learn:)
I am wondering if the chemdawg seeds I have will fill the screen better? I know now that Medi Bomb isn't the best candidate for a scrog. it seems to be OK but more suited for freestyle growing.
