DP Blueberry Fem - LED/HPS - Canna Coco

Cheers man.
Can't say I'm too happy right now, turns out being busy and also not checking the lady has me gutted atm, quite stressed now.
Checked her out finally, first time since Thursday and man, the most dreadful sight to see, this poor lady was droopy as hell, can't explain how instantly frantic I got rushing around getting all my shit together and giving her a massive watering. Well overdue and even more so with the warmer days, had to get carbon filter straight off again.

Ahh man, nothing I can do but wait now and hope that her resilient ways continue..

It's cool bud, she's a beast, she'll bounce without missing a stride.... Hey man dude wants your help, asking for you....Newbie looking for help.... Told him I'd get ya...
I bet you just went to check too, not do anything...well good instincts...

Haha cheers man, I'm putting some faith into her haha
Yeah I was going to check that thread before I got off and didn't, that'll teach me haha.
Try get him sorted out, the Aussie grower numbers on here are growing :)

I'm hoping so mate, she's in night mode atm so I've got to wait awhile still before I can check up on her. Speaking of which hopefully my tent is still closed up haha

Ill check on things see if I can get a peek and let you all know what's happening and hopefully get some pics up :)

Well I've finally got an opportunity to post some pics of clones, so from now on Saturday/Sunday night's are going to be clone update times :)
So here we are
CLONES Day 1 planted in earth (yesterday)
These are the 2 baby blues in the worked section.

This baby blue #3 is the one I'm still figuring out what to do with, I dare say that if she remains where she is she could have multiple trouble, dog, earth, etc.

Now I don't have any pics right now but lady blue has come through alright so far, she has some damaged and bad looking leaves which I would say are just from an extended dried up period, ill keep my eyes on her regardless.
Hopefully there's still some cooler weather ahead aswell so I can keep the LED running.

Cheers guys and ill try keep things up to date and any questions, fire away :)

Hope everyone's had/having a decent day :thumb:

:goodluck: with the babies. Not sure if i would of put right into the ground first thing is the weather reliable over there yet or is it still cold at night. What are the night temps?

Well the weather's starting to get abit of consistency about it although, it is spring and anything could happen.
I think frosts are behind us now and temps for this coming 10 days or so will range from 8-14℃ at night, mostly over 10℃ atleast.
Since they've been outside under carport they I've been through some of the colder and warmer days so hoping those days/weeks I've had them outside may have gotten them used to what's could happen.
As much as I want rain ill have to be careful if any storms come through that could cause flooding, since my yard will end up with a decent layer of water if it happens haha

looks good mate~do you plant they today? Today is super hot......

Hey man, nah I planted them yesterday in the cooler part of the arvo, today was a real warm day, the girls seemed to like today's weather, still had plenty of moisture from the day before so I think the 2 together should thrive hopefully, although I wish I had of done a better job and prepared some big grow boxes for each plant to add to their drainage all good though can't have to big of a plant intown :/

You giving the little ones anything for the roots like root juice or something?

Not yet but next watering I most likely will, testing the earth atm, I did add abit of slow release ferts awhile ago now I'm waiting to see if it'll be too much or not.
But yeah I still have some, oh wait no my sensizym was with all the other shit I gave to f##kstain damn it.
Looks like my next order of nutes will include another root nute haha

the best thing i used this year was going out and finding ladybugs found about 40 of them in total. I got lucky and they laid eggs killed damn near everything the sprays only slowed em down the canola oil one worked on the thrips the chili one I made slowed down the mites but the the lady bugs did the best. Luckily I don't have to worry about slugs here to much salty air around here :P But slugs as long as you keep the ground semi dryish then it shouldn't be a problem crushed glass around the plant or egg shells basically anything sharp around the base stem. Heard copper strips around the stem as well...

Sprays slow things down but pest are always there... My terrace is 4 meters in the air and they still manage to come right now I have thrips again but I kill em by hand

hey Sir Budlovski, what kind of insects did you find in yyour garden? I also found many many stupid aphids in the eraly spring. Thay extremly love shoots and seedling. I dunt wanna any medical on my plant on my plant, so I have to pick them myself everyday. And then luckly this kind of buds come and kill all of the aphid.

Now alomost all these kinds of buds become ladybuds and flew away, but aphids do not came back anymore.

Thanks for both your replies, helps me narrow down what I want to do.
Last year slugs/snails didn't seem a problem few might of snuck in on a rare occasion nothing bad though, its mainly thrips and gnat type of things.
So iI'm thinking I will try get my hands on some lady bugs, looks like ill be out bug catching abit haha
Is there anything that helps attract lady bugs other then a bunch of pests to eat?

I mightlso try out some of the homemade sprays, seen a few people have some decent results from them. I just want to try prevent pests so I hopefully won't have to worry about them in flower because I really don't wanna spray flowering girls.
So I'm going to put my faith in the lady bugs I'd say and if I see any similar to what you posted Mr Chen I might aswell bring them back too haha

Good info guys :thumb:

@Mr Chen If I'm not mistaken that is a lady bud larvae they eat 100s of aphids/ soft skinned bugs per day they are amazing hunters and will continue on killing the little guys all throughout there life cycle.

Another predator insect that will tear the pest a new on is daddy long leg spiders they kill loads of the little guys a day and leave no webbing. Basically anything that eat the little shit is good in my book even if they leave a little webbing it's nothing to worry about out doors.
